All Smeg appliances: electric oven, 4-burner gas cook top including a fast Wok burner, electric exhaust hood, and dishwasher. There is also a microwave and full sized refrigerator with separate freezer section, all kitchen utensils, cutlery, cooking implements and dinner ware.

The internal laundry has a tub, washing machine and clothes dryer.

The two smart white bathrooms have marble vanities, the main a large bath, separate shower recess and plenty of storage and of course fluffy white towels are included!
There are incredible views from every room, of Sydney Harbour from Rushcutters Bay past the Opera House and the Bridge to the City skyline from this luxurious apartment. Floor to ceiling glass windows and doors plus a huge balcony means you can enjoy the outlook all day long. In addition the décor and artwork are worth the rental alone!

Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the apartment.
There is security parking for one car and also parking for your visitors as well as very easy free street parking.
The Horizon is located on a non-through street that ensures peace and quiet.

The price varies according to season and length of stay.
A very good rental rate is negotiable for a stay of 3 months or longer. A lease would be signed under the usual terms of a residential lease.
A bond of $2000 is required which is refunded after a satisfactory inspection of the property at the conclusion of the rental. A mandatory departure clean of $200 is also required.
