All Smeg appliances: electric oven, 4-burner gas cook top including a fast Wok burner, electric exhaust hood, and dishwasher. There is also a microwave and full sized refrigerator with separate freezer section, all kitchen utensils, cutlery, cooking implements and dinner ware.

The price varies according to season and length of stay.
A very good rental rate is negotiable for a stay of 3 months or longer. A lease would be signed under the usual terms of a residential lease.
A bond of $2000 is required which is refunded after a satisfactory inspection of the property at the conclusion of the rental. A mandatory departure clean of $200 is also required.
