Walk to the beach and the world-famous St Kilda patisserie strip, Acland Street, visit Luna Park, check out the handcrafts at the Sunday markets or hop on a tram to be in the city in minutes.

Formally the Old Balaclava Post Office, this landmark building has been transformed into a boutique residential development. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this is an ideal property for people sharing and requiring privacy, as there is a bedroom and a bathroom on each level.

The ground floor area comprises of open plan living and dining, large kitchen area fully equipped with stainless steel European appliances, glossy white doors and stone bench tops, separate European laundry with a washing machine and dryer, and second bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be made up as a queen sized bed if required), built in robes and luxurious bathroom.

Upstairs is the loft style, very large, master bedroom featuring king size bed (which can be separated into 2 singles if required), additional sofa bed if required, TV, ceiling windows that offer privacy and plenty of natural light, built in robes, and the second luxurious bathroom.

Other features include; wireless broadband, reverse cycle heating/air conditioning on both floors, natural lighting throughout, quality finishes, secure basement parking, private access via front court yard and building access with lift to car park.

As a member of the Boutique Stays group, this property has been personally inspected by our Managing Director, is serviced weekly to high quality standards and professionally maintained. We are also just a phone call away should you need anything during your stay.

4-6 nights $238 per night
Weekly $215 per night

For 3-4 guests:
2-3 nights $341 per night
4-6 nights $265 per night

All bookings include all bed linen, towels, and interim or weekly cleaning for stays of longer than a week

MINIMUM STAYS: We accept any length of stay at any time if it joins directly onto an existing booking, otherwise the following minimum stays apply:
7 night minimum for bookings made more than 3 months in advance, 5 night minimum for bookings 1-3 months in advance, 1-2 night bookings by arrangement
