Lavender Manor

Description

The Manor is a very spacious, gorgeously comfortable house with a friendly warmth to it and a lovely wood fire. She provides ample accommodation for up to 12 guests in a group or 7 singles each wanting their own bed.
Book in with us for the ultimate in relaxation - your very own Day Spa on site, available exclusively to you for facials, massage and body wraps = simply heaven

Facilities :
Bedrooms : 4 in total, we provide lovely linen and fluffy doonas on the beds according to numbers booked

Bed 1 : Queen bed, king single sofa bed, ensuite and walk in robe
Bed 2 : Queen bed and single bed, walk in robe
Bed 3 : Queen bed
Bed 4 : Queen bed

3 bedrooms have plenty of space for a cot, we have one portacot available
Kids under 5 are welcome to stay free on the little pull out foam sofas, you need to provide linen though please (minimum 4 adults rule applies)

3 bathrooms, towels provided, basic toiletries too

Kitchen : All you need to cook up a storm, 900 wide oven and dishwasher. We provide breakfast supplies for the first morning of your stay

Full laundry facilities, BBQ and out door tables

Coded entry so no need to pick up keys

Heating as well as the fire to make sure you are warm and cosy

We provide :
Books, games, Magazines, DVDs, XBox for the kids (and adults!), some toys for the little ones, highchair, firewood, breakfast basket for the first morning of your stay, local knowledge on activities and restaurants, fully fenced level garden for the kids to enjoy

Location

Located metres from one of the most picturesque Golf courses in NSW, Blackheath, and only a few minutes drive from wonderful bushwalks and lookouts. Blackheath Village is a 5 min drive away - great restaurants, lovely delis, boutiques, antique shops and even a chocolate shop to indulge in. Katoomba and the 3 sisters is 10 mins drive away
