Badgers End- The Summerhouse,offers luxurious,spacious self-contained accommodation for one couple with king bed & deep bath for two.

Located down a quiet country lane on almost 2 acres the Summerhouse sits nestled in a totally private corner. Screened from the main house by a hedge & a copse of birch,& with its own separate entrance,it overlooks the duckpond & glorious gardens of Badgers End in beautiful Burradoo-just a couple of kms to the centre of Bowral.

The Summerhouse has reverse cycle air conditioning, T.V, DVD & C.D. player, kitchenette and a spacious beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom with two person spa & separate shower.

The Summerhouse is a stylish, cosy and affordable retreat where you can rest, unwind, celebrate, soak, walk or read.

Yet you are only minutes away from the antiques, boutiques, cafes, restaurants, galleries and gardens of Bowral.

INCLUDED IN THE TARIFF are generous provisions for you to prepare a hearty country breakfast for your first morning, orange juice, yoghurt,bread,eggs from our hens collected daily, to accompany bacon & our own home grown tomatoes when in season.

Also available in the cottage is a selection of breakfast cereals,preserves, tea, coffee........& a few little extras!

Please note........ we have a small kitchenette with microwave, hotplates & fridge. It is adequate for reheating or cooking simple meals such as breakfast. A barbecue is available for guests.

SELF CATERING OPTION IS NOW AVAILABLE for $195.00 per night min 2 nights.

A peaceful retreat

The gardens & ponds are there for you to enjoy whilst sitting on your sunny north facing verandah, perhaps with a glass of wine, or inside gazing out through the glass french doors in the cooler months.

We regret the Summerhouse is definitely unsuitable for children of any age (including babies & toddlers )

We are unable to take dogs as even the most well mannered cannot resist chasing the ducks!
If you are under 25yrs, a bond of $300.00 is payable. Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings at Badgers End. We require a credit card authorisation by you as security against loss or damage to the cottage.

Single night stays are available mid week only & at owners discretion. A $60.00 surcharge applies.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The booking can be deferred without penalty if notice is given more than 14 days prior to your arrival date.Once deferred, the deposit is not refundable nor deferrable should cancellation occur.

If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, an admin charge of $50.00 applies.

If you cancel 0 - 30 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit is non refundable.

Part Cancellation is not accepted.

The owners of Badgers End reserve the right to cancel any booking, due to unavoidable & unforeseen circumstances.





In order to maintain a high standard for our guests, & although we appreciate most will respect our property,because of occasional abuse ,the following TERMS & CONDITIONS apply.

The reservation & booking constitutes an affirmative by you that you accept & agree to abide by the terms & conditions of occupancy of the Summerhouse.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to alter or cancel a booking due to unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances,in which case a full refund of the deposit will apply.
The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.
The Summerhouse & its facilities is let for 2 people only & exclusively for holiday accommodation. The use of the cottage its grounds & its facilities by other than registered guests is not permitted.
There is parking for one guest car only & parking is not available in the lane.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss to any part of the cottage is the guests responsibility during their stay & must be paid for by the guest.
A credit card number is required by way of security & a registration form to be completed & drivers license details supplied.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
The Summerhouse is self contained. It is the guests responsibility to wash, wipe & put away the crockery & cutlery they have used during their stay. If the cleaner is required to do more than the standard clean the additional time will be charged against your credit card.
Check in time is between 3pm & 8 pm only. But an aproximate arrival time is required. Arrivals outside these times are not available & will result in the forfeiting of that nights booking.
Check-out time is before 10.30 am , to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests.
**Late departures between 10.30am & 12 midday incur a cost of $30.00 per hour or part thereof & if applicable will be added to the tariff.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the guests personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
