The house is ideal for a business executive relocating and working in the city or as a holiday house for a family. It is pet friendly.
Ground floor:
A very comfortable lounge, with modern leather sofas, a flat screen TV DVDCD player and stereo. Foxtel is installed.
Gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with top of the range appliances.
Separate dining room with a dining table to seat 6.
Powder room.
Laundry.
Courtyard off the dining room at the front of the house has a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture.
There is also a terrace off the house off the lounge room.
First floor:
Spacious master bed with Queen size bed, built-in wardrobes with very substantial hanging space, en-suite bathroom and balcony.
Second and third bedrooms both have queen size beds, built-ins with plenty of hanging space and a balcony.
Main bathroom with both a bath and separate shower.
The house is fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard, bed linen and towels provided. Reverse cycle air conditioning. Internet access available If required, (extra charge). The telephone may be connected by the tenant.
A bond of $2000 is required which is refunded after a satisfactory inspection of the property at the conclusion of the rental. There is a departure clean of $250. Internet access can be arranged at an extra fee.
As this property is pet friendly please inform us when you make your booking if you are bringing a pet with you. If so there is also a carpet clean to be done at the end of your stay. This carpet clean is carried out for hygienic reasons.
Bus at door and the Edgecliff underground train station within 5 minutes walk in the Edgecliff shopping centre.
The city is 10 minutes away and the Harbour and Rushcutters Bay parklands are within 5 minutes walk (just across the road).
Immediate access to the Cross City tunnel.
This is a busy area; close to the main road and also to the railway into Sydney city.
Travelling east within 10 to 15 minutes drive there are many harbour beaches to visit and enjoy, many with netted areas for safe swimming.
There are very good restaurants in the immediate vicinity and also a shopping precinct at Edgecliff railway station.
It is less than 10 minutes walk to Kings Cross area where there are many excellent restaurants and coffee shops also clubs and nightlife in this area.
While in this area a visit to the Sunday market at Potts Point is a must, plenty of interesting stalls with food, flowers, artifacts, jewelry and knick knacks of all kinds.
