Rushcutters Bay/Edgecliff Three bedroom modern security townhouse on two levels with automatic double garage in a covered secure parking area.
All the properties in this area are close to the railway line and to the railway station and bus station which is about 4 minutes walk in the Edgecliff shopping centre.
It is available from 18 December 2011 until 20 January 2012 A slight variation / extension is possible on either side of these dates. Let us know what your requirmens are.
The spacious downstairs living area has very attractive timber flooring which enhances the furnishings and wall art.
The comfortable lounge has modern leather sofas, a large plasma screen TV DVD CD player and stereo. For your media pleasure Foxtel is installed and includes several packages, Sports Channels, Showtime, Movie and some other popular channels. There is Air conditioning in the lounge and Main bedroom, there are fans for use in the other rooms if neccessary.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with top quality appliances including a dishwasher. There is a full compliment of Villeroy and Bosche crockery, plenty of cutlery, cooking utensils and other items for food preparation. There is ample cupboard space and a large fridge.
The table in the adjoining dining room waill seat up to 8 persons.

A very substantial laundry offers all that you require for family living, washing machine, drier, a washtub and extra shelving.
The dining room opens out on to a lovely courtyard sun trap at the front of the house; there is a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture in a picturesque garden area. The the other outdoor terrace is off the lounge room at the rear of the house.
First floor: Bedrooms and stairs are carpeted.
Spacious master bed with Queen Size bed, built-in mirror wardrobes with very substantial hanging space, in en-suite bathroom and balcony with overhanging flowering plants. Reverse cycle air conditioning is installed in this bedroom.
Second and third bedrooms both have double size beds, built-ins with plenty of hanging space and a balcony. Main bathroom has both a bath and separate shower cubicle.
A linen cupboard provids plenty of storage space.
The house is fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard, bed linen and towels are provided.
Although it is advertised for 6 persons an extra guest can be accomodated and sleep on an airbed. If this is required let us know when making the booking to enable us to make the neccessary arrangements.
Bus at door and train within 5 minutes walk. 2.5K to the city.
The house is a short bus ride to many lovely harbour beaches in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney
Immediate access to Cross City tunnel.
It is an ideal residence for a business executive relocating and working in the city or as a holiday house for a family. It is pet friendly and is only just across the road to Rushcutters Park, (we have attached some pictures of the park area) which is great for yacht watching children's play area and dog walking.
The minimum stay is 7 nights. Over the Christmas and New Year the muimum booking is 10 nights If you wish to stay for 3 weeks a 5% discount is offered.
Charges start at the advertised price depending on season, family numbers and duration of stay. The low pricing applies to the winter season; the highest rate is over the summer and Christmas holiday period.
Internet access can be arranged at an extra fee, please let us know before you arrive if you require a modem and we can have it ready for you.
As this property is pet friendly please inform us when you make your booking if you are bringing a pet with you. If so there is also a carpet clean to be done at the end of your stay and is a charge for this.
This carpet clean is carried out for hygienic reasons and in the interests of the following tenants.
There are very good restaurants in the immediate vicinity and also a shopping precinct at Edgecliff railway station with a very good selection of shops and cafes, also 2 supermarkets.
From the house can drive directly on to the CCT and be in Balmain within 8 minutes
It is less only 10 minutes walk to Kings Cross area where there are many excellent restaurants and coffee shops also clubs and nightlife in this area.
While in the area a visit to the Rotary Sunday market at Potts Point is a must, we have included some picutres of the market and the fountain just at the start of MacLeay St. plenty of interesting stalls with food, flowers, artefacts, jewellery and knick knacks of all kinds. The Saturday market is mainly for good fresh vegetables many organically grown.
Travelling east within 10 to 15 minutes drive there are many harbour beaches to visit and enjoy, many with netted areas for safe swimming.
Local Beaches: swim and surf at Bondi Beach, Coogee and Bronte three of the most sought after locations for beach fun and water activities.
Sydney Harbour cruises from Circular Quay and great choices for meals and dinner at Harbour-side restaurants: Darling Harbour, Woolloomooloo and Watsons Bay.
Kings Cross, Darlinghurst, Potts Point, Double Bay, Rose Bay and Paddington are home to many of the finest restaurants in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
Shop till you drop in, Sydney City and Bondi Junction.
Royal Randwick to indulge your racing experience, Sydney Cricket Ground and Moore Park and Waverley golf courses for pleasure and frustration.
