The house is ideally situated for a business executive relocating and working in the city or as a holiday house for a family. It is pet friendly. if you wish to commute to the city bus or train is an 8 minute trip.

A very comfortable lounge, with modern suede type modern sofas, large plasma screen TV DVDCD player and stereo.
Foxtel is installed with IQ box for your media pleasure at this property.

Separate dining room with a dining table to seat 6.

Courtyard off the dining room at the front of the house has a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture.
There is also a terrace off the house off the lounge room. There is a line that can be pulled across to dry your clothes in the fresh air if you prefer not to use the clothes drier in the laundry.

First floor:
Spacious master bed with Queen size bed bedside cabinets and lights and an electric alarm clock, mirror built-in wardrobes with very substantial hanging space and shelving, there is an en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle.
Each bedroom has a balcony
Second and third bedrooms both have queen size beds, bedside cabinets and lights, mirror built-in wardrobes with plenty of hanging and storage space.
Main bathroom with both a bath and separate shower.

The house is fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard, bed linen and towels provided. Reverse cycle air conditioning.

Charges start at the advertised price depending on season, family numbers and duration of stay. Low pricing applies to the winter season; the highest is over the summer and Xmas holiday period.

Internet access available If required, (extra charge). Let us know prior to arrival.
A bond is required which is refunded after a satisfactory inspection of the property at the conclusion of the rental.
There is a charge for a departure clean for each booking..
As this property is pet friendly please inform us when you make your booking if you are bringing a pet with you. If so there is also a carpet clean to be done at the end of your stay. This carpet clean is carried out for hygienic reasons.

Bus at door and the Edgecliff underground train station within 5 minutes walk in the Edgecliff shopping centre.
The city is 10 minutes away and the Harbour and Rushcutters Bay parklands are within 5 minutes walk (just across the road). This is a busy area; close to the main road and also to the railway line into Sydney city.

Immediate access to the Cross City tunnel. (You can be in Balmain within 10 minuts. Its worth a visit. The village style of life is still present but with great fashion shops and cafes; the weekend markets are busy and interesting).

Travelling east within 10 to 15 minutes drive there are many harbour beaches to visit and enjoy, many with netted areas for safe swimming.

There are very good restaurants in the immediate vicinity and also a shopping precinct at Edgecliff railway station.

It is less than 10 minutes walk to Kings Cross area where there are many excellent restaurants and coffee shops also clubs and nightlife in this area.
While in this area a visit to the Sunday market at Potts Point is a must, plenty of interesting stalls with food, flowers, artifacts, jewelry and knick knacks of all kinds.

Swim and surf at Bondi Beach to Coogee and Bronte three of the most sought after locations for beach and water activities.
Sydney Harbour cruises from Circular Quay and great choices for meals and dinner at Sydney Harbour-side restaurants: Darling Harbour, Woolloomooloo and Watsons Bay.

Kings Cross, Darlinghurst, Potts Point, Double Bay, Rose Bay and Paddington are home to many of the finest restaurants in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
Shop till you drop in, Sydney City and Bondi Junction.
Royal Randwick to indulge your racing experience, Sydney Cricket Ground and Moore Park and Waverley golf courses for pleasure and frustration.
