The townhouse has two living areas, ducted r/c aircon, Ensuite & spa bath, 2nd bathroom plus downstairs laundry with 3rd WC. Gourmet kitchen, Q/S beds, secure parking, phone.
The townhouse is located in stunning Belvedere Estate in East Perth. Enjoy a drink on your upstairs balcony and take in the view of elegant townhouses lining Tully Road.
Upstairs living area has a bar fridge, as well as full lounge setting, widescreen digital TV, Foxtel iQ (Satellite TV) and DVD.
A desk and lamp is set up in this area to cater for writing those postcards home or for the business traveller. Bedrooms all have phone points for dial up internet access. (Must have your own aussie dial up provider) Free local phone calls are included
The three bedrooms each have a luxurious pillow-top queensized bed fitted with Egyptian cotton sheets and quality doonas and pillows to make your sleep as comfortable and restful as possible. All beds are fitted with high quality, dual control electric blankets.
The main bedroom has a walk-in robe and ensuite with luxury Spa Bath to soak in. A bedside phone is supplied.
The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and WC. Both bedrooms have mirrored built-in robes.
Downstairs has a gourmet style kitchen which is fully equipped with cooking utensils including microwave, toaster, full-size fridge, electric kettle, Rice Cooker, Blanco dishwasher and chef-size gas stove. Dining table and setting for six is also supplied.
The laundry is fitted with automatic washing machine and porcelain tub, quality iron and ironing board. Clothes can be air-dried in the courtyard or in the dryer which is located in the lockup garage which is accessed from the kitchen. A separate third toilet is situated off the laundry area.
The downstairs living area has a luxurious leather modular lounge and is equipped with widescreen digital TV, Foxtel (you can watch a different channel here to upstairs) and DVD. A wall phone is also fitted downstairs.
Ducted reverse cycle (Heat and Cool) air-conditioning to all living areas and bedrooms provides a super-quiet climate control for your comfort.
If you have your own vehicle, there is lockup parking for two vehicles with direct access into the Townhouse, with a further parking bay available at the rear.
Secure keyless entry allows for 24hr arrivals and ensures that everyone in your party can have access to the property at all times.
This property is a two storey townhouse with street front entry and a rear driveway and garage.
The property linen is changed weekly during stays of two weeks or more and at the end of each tenancy.
