Three centrally located ground level studio units in small block of four within quiet residential area of Larrakeyah. They are all airconditioned, fully furnished, self-contained for self-catering. All windows and doors are security screened and the front and back courtyards have outdoor seating with bbq provided.

The apartment is situated within walking distance of the CBD shops and offices, supermarkets, public transport, tourist attractions (mindil markets, fsh feeding etc), car hire firms, pubs, clubs, hotels, restaurants and food takeaway outlets.

The apartment comfortably accommodates two adults. All units have plenty of hanging and cupboard space, the kitchen is fully equipped and well appointed with a full size fridge, stove and microwave. The TV (with Austar), VHS, DVD player, magazines and a small range of books are provided for those lazy nights in. The bathroom/internal laundry area contains an automatic washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment and there is a gas bbq under the veranda.
