This 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom exceptionally maintained apartment is located in the highly sort after "family orientated" Bay Parklands complex, which is within a 1 minute parkland walk to family friendly Little Beach (for more intense beach action, Shoal Bay and Fingal Beach are only 5 & 10 minute drives respectively).

The complex has fastidiously maintained gardens set amongst 5 acres of natural reserve. The complex includes a solar heated pebble crete pool, championship sized floodlit tennis court (you'll need to bring your own racquets), an indoor spa and sauna and boat washing facilities (Little Beach has a boat launch ramp and is 1 minute drive from the complex).

The apartment has car parking for 2 vehicles (including 1 secured car space). The open car space provides for boat parking (and is flood lit). A separate lock up space for surfboards, skis, fishing rods, bikes, golf clubs, etc is also provided.

A leisurely 20 minute waterfront walk will have you in the heart of Nelson Bay's shopping & cafe district, or at the Shoal Bay waterfront.

The magnificent Nelson Bay RSL is an easy 5 minute walk from the complex, providing access to reasonably priced bistro and a la carte meal dining options.

Watch the kids in the complex's pool from your 2nd floor balcony as you cook at the bbq and enjoy your favourite drinks

The inclusion of "robi" bunk beds (which can sleep up to 3 persons) to the apartment provides various sleeping combinations, but a maximum of 6 people is advised.

The apartment has full cooking facilities, including a gas bbq which is located on the balcony.

The apartment has indoor washing and drying facilities.

Bring the kids (or mum and dad's) favourite DVDs.

The apartment is a top (2nd floor) apartment (so no noise from upstairs units!!), with minimal stairs, and limited parkland views to water.

Nelson Bay is easily accessible via Newcastle Airport

Port Stephen (Little Beach) is a leisurely 30 minute drive from the Newcastle Airport. Jetstar and Virgin provide daily services to Newcastle from Melbourne (and other capital cities / regional airports). Most large rental car companies operate from the Newcastle Airport.

The numerous wineries of the Hunter Valley - in particular the Pokolbin and Arrowfield districts - are in easy reach of Port Stephens. 1 hour drive will have you in the heart of the Pokolbin - allow a little more time to access the Arrowfield district.
