Description

A fantastic beach house right on the beach with sensational views of South Cottesloe Beach, Rottnest, Gage Roads, Cables Station Artificial Reef Surf Break and magnificent West Australian sunsets.

Three comfortable and spacious bedrooms, one bathroom (with bath), spacious kitchen / dining, lounge and north facing front entertaining area with patio and enclosed lawn area, where the kids can safely run around. The front patio is complete with barbeque and outdoor funiture with views of the ocean. Fantastic spot to relax while watching the sun set over the ocean.

Accommodation for 2 families with 2 large double bedrooms and one kids room (2 sets of bunk beds). Sleeps maximum of eight people. (Only suitable for 4 to 5 adults.)

Beach House Description & Contents:

A comfortable funky beach house with high ceiling, floor boards and classic, spacious kitchen with ocean views, bathroom and shower.

Outside entertaining area with fantastic views, BBQ, outdoor furniture and your own enclosed lawned area.

Gas heating and electric heaters provided. Air conditioning is the Sea Breeze. Fully equipped laundry, beautiful linen and luxury bath towels.

House contains:
- Bed linen (2 x queen beds and 4x single (2 bunks)
- Bath towels (not including beach towels)
- Washing machine
- Dryer
- Fridge
- Kitchen appliances kettle, toaster, microwave
- Entertainment Stereo (ipod connection) TV, DVD, games

- Cottesloe and Leighton Beaches
- Close to Cottesloe's myriad of restaurants and bars only a 10 minute stroll away.
- For surfers: Cables, Dutch Inn, Isolator, Cove, and Cott Main
- For Kite surfers & wind surfers: South Cott, Leighton, Cables & Dutch Inn
- Nearest Train Station is only a 2 minute walk to Victoria Street Station. The train runs from Perth to Fremantle.
- You can catch a train to Cottesloe cafe strip (Napolean Street) or Claremont for boutique shopping.
- Bus Service, along Curtin Ave or Stirling Hwy
- 24hr Deli 2 mins walk across railway line
- Fremantle is about 4 km, 5 - 8 minutes drive
- Clarmont is about 10 minutes drive
- Airport is 40 minutes drive, allow more time in peak periods.
