We have a selection of fantastic properties from a romantic converted studio for 2 through to a large property which can sleep up to 26. We have properties that are across the road from each other or on the same estate enabling larger groups to have the luxury of their own rooms but be a stones throw from their friends and family by combining the accommodation in 2 or 3 houses. Many of our properties have pools or Spas. We are close to all the great wineries and golf clubs...we even have two properties with their own 9 hole golf courses for your own private use.
We take the hassle out of arranging your weekend as we provide wine tours, transfers to restaurants and all the major concerts and we can arrange all sorts of catering solutions including meals delivered to the house or your own chef at the property for a special occasion or if you cant be bothered cooking and cleaning up. We can even arrange your beauty and spa treatments or a hot air balloon ride. You name it we can do it.
We can also arrange a conference, special event or weekend away. We specialise in unique country houses for small or large groups or company off-sites, small meetings, executive retreats or small events. We have a selection of 20 self contained properties to suit all your needs.

Accommodation is provided in luxurious large Country Houses. We can accommodate 4-30 people in comfort. All our houses are tastefully decorated with style and comfort in mind and are surrounded by country gardens and magnificent outlooks. Each house has a different bedding configuration to single or double accommodate your group. Some houses are next door to each other but all the houses are within a 5 minute car journey.

You may want to have your meeting or celebration at the house where you are staying or if your group is larger, we can offer you a selection of intimate venues including an Australian Country Church, a large rustic barn or Barrel room or Cellar door on a local vineyard. If its a conference then full catering options and delegate packages are available. This luxurious accommodation and relaxed atmosphere will make your next conference or event something to remember.
We can recommend and provide training, facilitation and mediation using proven experts who have a broad based experience in a range of industries from a practitioner and consulting perspective and also in depth experience in mergers and acquisitions, organisational integration, outsourcing planning and integration, and organisational and cultural alignment.
Team Building activities, leadership development and sales and service training can be tailored to meet your needs. If it is conference, adventure or leadership training we have experts with knowledge in all these fields. We also have an extensive resource of energisers, team activities and challenges for any team event.
We can arrange a wide range of leisure activities including golf, wine tours, hot air ballooning, rally driving and many more.

Two Doors was FABULOUS !!! Idyllic location ...... The most fabulous sunrises and sunsets
No Internet a bit of an nuisance .... ! We are quite fussy we got the weather right and so our stay met all our expectations
Thinking about going back before we leave OZ . Would love to eat at Muse Kitchen again @ Tullochs the sun was shining both the tasting and the lunch were perfect .

Our stay at the Dairy Cottage was REALLY lovely ��� thank you to the team at ���Stays in the Vines��� for making the booking process (and stay) so easy! The Dairy Cottage is in a great location, with easy access to everything, including lots of vineyards at restaurants in Broke, and not too far from Pokolbin, and the cottage itself is in a lovely spot which felt very private and secluded, especially with its own private verandah out the back.

We had a wonderful weekend away at Blue Cliff Retreat, thank you for all your assistance. The house is remote, quiet, luxurious but with a lovely home feel. We thoroughly enjoyed drinks on the deck and a cooking in the magnificent kitchen. We particularly loved the good quality linen, towels and hundreds of kangaroos in the morning!

There were six of us who lived comfortably for the two nights at Silky Oaks in the Hunter Valley. It was peaceful and only a short drive to some really great restaurants and wineries. The outdoor pergola was really lovely and we had fun sitting out there on the long wooden table enjoying the olives, cheeses and dips, together with the wine we had purchased on the day. We all look forward to returning one day soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Green Gables. The house was lovely and very well maintained. I'm not sure I can pick out a favourite thing about our stay - it was all great! The house was spacious and very comfortable for the 8 of us. It was nice to each have our own bathroom!
We did go on a wine tour and really enjoyed that too. Our driver Gil was very helpful and friendly. The lunch was delicious also. We changed our plan a little on the afternoon and went to Earnest Hill winery instead of Iron Gate. We were very glad we did as this turned out to be the best winery we visited all day!
Thank you for helping us with our stay in the Hunter. We will definitely be back to try out some more of your properties!

The cottages at Starline Farmstay were perfect, all very comfortable and contained everything we needed. The wine tour was also very enjoyable and I can safely say that everyone enjoyed the wines that we sampled by the look of some of us on the Sunday. I will be recommending both the accommodation and the wine tour to any friends/family that are looking to come up to the hunter region.

It was great to get out of the city and return to nature and some clean country air. The large dining room table and wood burning fire were so inviting each evening as we sat down to dinner. I would recommend to friends and I we would stay again.

My boyfriend and I had a fabulous time at Mio Monte - it feels like home
away from home! The house is clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. We
enjoyed the outdoor dining area facing the vineyard at sunset. What impressed us most are the little touches around the place, such as how
organised the kitchen is, the clear instructions, the hot water bottle, and
countless other little things. We also enjoyed the scenic drive from Sydney (following the clear directions
on the website).
Thank you ladies for making it such a pleasurable stay. Mio Monte is
definitely a place we look forward to returning to one day.

Thank you for a wonderful weekend away. We arrived on Friday night to a beautifully presented home and welcomed with yummy Olive Oil, we used for our cooking all weekend and we really needed the coffee on Saturday morning! We enjoyed every bit of the home, the views were spectacular, the home was every bit the elegant country home we had hoped for. What spectacular views and the surrounding wineries and olive groves were stunning. Ben was the ultimate host on Saturday night, we all wanted to keep him and take him home with us. What an amazing spread of food and it was just great to have someone so attentive and passionate about their work visit us for the evening. We LOVE Ben!!
Thanks to Colette for organising and squeezing us in at the very last minute for a great tour of Italy in Broke. John was a wonderful driver & guide, even offered to drop me off at home when I was unwell after a very big Friday evening (I chose to solider on, and thank goodness because the quaint olive & pitted was my favourite). Mount Broke was just delightful and the passion Nathan has for his vineyard and olive grove was inspiring also.
We made friends with Olive and Pitted neighbours, the friendly Pig and Goats we even came back to give then some breakfast on Sunday before we went home.
There was nothing we would have changed, other than squeezing more in on Saturday and having Ben also visit us on Friday.
We���re already planning our next trip for Winter. The only negative, was leaving on Sunday!

All the information you provided before and during our stay made everything
easy. Having dinner cooked for us by Ben and Jas was such a delicious treat. It
made the decision making easy. All done before we arrived. Cicada House is beautiful and comfortable. We were all able to sit together and chat in the lounge and eat together at that enormous dining table. Our weekend was just a delight and Sting WOW!

I stayed at Adams peak over the weekend with a group of girls for a hens
weekend. In total there were 17 of us, and we were able to book out the
entire facility. The weekend was absolutely awesome. The property was well kept and very comfortable. The view from the property was absolutely
magnificent. There was so much space, and it just took my breath away. David, Bronwyn and Lee were extremely accommodating. They were so friendly,
and helpful, and made us so comfortable and at home. They even made us pancakes for breakfast and a bonfire. They went totally above and beyond my expectations for a B&B, and our stay at Adams Peak was one of the best i've ever had. All the girls thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and i think a few are planning to return. I honestly can't say enough good things about Adams

The 2 nights stay by my wife and I at Adams Peak was very enjoyable and relaxing. The bed/and bath room and spa-bath were first class
with the separate diningroom and lounge next door very well equiped and homely. Breakfast was good and more than we should eat.
The view over the valley from our bedroom and porch and from the tree shaded deck was superb and very relaxing. Our hosts Bronwyn and David Fox were very accomodating and interesting to chat with.

We arrived at Adams Peak Retreat late in the day but still managed to enjoy the dusk light with our complimentary cheese and fruit platter along with our wine on the deck looking down the valley in the friendly company of Oscar the dog who would lick you to death rather than growl. We had hot air balloons landing on the newly trimmed golf course and awoke to a very quiet morning. They were happy to share their BBQ facilities with us and we were made to feel right at home. All in all a great weekend, everyone was very friendly and we will be happy to visit again. Good for young, old, couples or friends wanting a romantic weekend, a weekend away or just a chill out moment.

One of the best weekends we've had together. The peace and tranquility of the area, the beautiful outlook, and the perfect setting of the property made the stressful living of city life so many miles away. Mio Monte is such a well presented property with all the modern facilities available. Easy access to local wineries and eateries with friendly country style service. This is one place we will definitely return to.

Although I didn't personally stay at Esslemont Estate others in our group raved about it. I did go over and see it and thought it was charming. On
arrival the fire was already lit lights were on and music playing. A wonderful warm welcome. One person also particularly loved the electric blanket. Freshly squeezed juice home-made jams and lovely bread to accompany the breakfast was very much enjoyed. A lovely homely welcoming and interesting place to stay. Plenty of different spots to while away the hours and the grounds were gorgeous!

We had a wonderful stay - Betty was very hospitable and the home is full of
warmth and harmony. The views are amazing - almost as good as mine here in
Bellingen!! There were 8 women and there was more than enough space for all of us - thank goodness for the 2nd bathroom!!!! We loved the winery's and Michael at Broke Estate was our favourite.

Vines again. You were a dream to deal with, knowledgeable on your properties, the area and the wine tours that would be affordable. I love
your website, it's elegant, simple and user friendly.
We stayed at the beautiful River Flats Estate this weekend, in both Tara Cottage and Carynia Homestead and all we can say is - wow! These properties were like our home beyond home. Comfy beds, towels - all the amenities to make it an easy and relaxed stay. Marian and Phil are so easy and wonderful to deal with and the property is breathtaking. From the first drive into the property, up the windy gravel path ... past the lake and up to the main house you are blown away by the size of the property (especially when you've arrived from the City!) as well as the warm and comfortable feel you have as soon as you step into the house. We also organised to have one night catered as there were 14 of us for a birthday weekend. We were served a delicious three course meal, which was made with love and care and the best part was we didn't have to make it or wash it up! I asked for an extra thing that was not on our original list and nothing was too much trouble. We were so well looked after. If you're looking for a fabulous weekend in the Hunter that is affordable and relaxing - this is where you want to be.

On behalf of both families, I can say without doubt the last 3 days spent in
Broke and at Bonn Abbey were the most relaxing and delightfully pleasant
stay we have shared with family and friends for a very long time. The scenery combined with the warmth and comfort of Bonn Abbey provided a wonderful backdrop to catch up on some much needed family time often over
looked due to our busy careers and hectic lifestyles...a great time out and
with some fantastic bonuses. Thank you again for arranging the private wine
tasting at Broke Winery and Nightingales, in an environment of old school
hospitality not often seen at the more commercial wineries. Terry and Mike
were wonderfully patient hosts and cheerfully provided some very interesting
insight on the local history and their unique wine making methods.
YEAH!..and how sensational are the olives and relishes from Picked and
Pitted.
Thank you both so very much for providing such wonderful accommodation and
entertainment whilst there...what a wonderful place to stop the world and
hop off. We would have no hesitation in recommending Stays in the Vines and Broke to

Our product team took 2 days out from the everyday at work to have an offsite in the Hunter Valley. We found the accommodation through Stayz.com.au and then Events in the Vines took care of the rest, organising everything from AV equipment to the catering. All the amenities of staying in a hotel but better! No soggy sandwiches � just good homemade food from local suppliers. Events in the vines also organized a great night at River Flats (a local olive grove) where we made our own wood fired pizzas and stood around bonfires drinking local wines. Thanks Events in the Vines for taking such good care of us.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Tinonee House, the service and hospitality provided by Events in the Vines and Eden Anthony were first rate. The accommodation was more than we could have asked for, it was a perfect weekend escape from the city. Tinonee House was spacious, luxurious and had a lovely, warm and homely ambience. "We had the most amazing weekend staying at Cicada Country House. The place itself is absolutely beautiful but it was all of the small details that had been thought of that made it even more special. The setting was absolutely beautiful as was the house. Each room furnished beautifully with comfortable beds and great linen and towels. We also thoroughly enjoyed the spa. We had a wonderful time at Rosamund Hill. Fabulous location, loved the peaceful ambience surrounded by nature especially the birdlife, wallabies and kangaroos all of whom came to visit daily! We were very grateful for the basic supplies stocked in the fridge and pantry and the house had everything you could want from a washing machine to boardgames. The house was lovely and clean and everything worked as it should. Thanks again for your help, we had a superb holiday in a wonderful location

Everyone in the family really enjoyed their time at Rocklee Grove, which felt like a home away from home. Great presentation and peaceful location.
