* Second Bedroom:

King single beds x 2 both with underlay, Large Built in Wardrobe, Reading Lamp and Clock Radio, Carpeted and ceiling fans. Desk and Chair.

* LARGE BATHROOM - next to the Second Bedroom:

Bath, shower, large vanity, toilet and hair dryer. Tiled floor.

* Linen Press:

Additional Bath Towels and Beach Towels. Additional Pillows.
Blankets.

DOWNSTAIRS:

* Lounge Room:

Sofa Couch x 1 and an additional Arm Chair.
Coffee Table, 52cm LCD T.V, DVD and VCR.
Side Tables x 2, Reading Lamps. Carpeted and fans.
Gas heater for the winter months.

* Dining Room:

Dining Table and Chairs x 4 with table cloth. Carpeted.

* Kitchen:

Fully equipped Kitchen with Family sized Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave, China x 6, Cutlery, Pots and Pans,Coffee maker.
Electric Oven and Gas Cook Top.
Additional 2 x Bar Stools at Kitchen Bench/Breakfast Bar. Tiled Floor.
View to Terrace and Garden from Kitchen Window.

* Laundry:

Family size Washer, Dryer, Airer, Clothes Pegs and Laundry Tub. Tiled Floor. Pantry with additional soap, washing powder and toilet paper etc. Ironing Board and Iron.

* Downstairs Toilet:

Separate Toilet next to the Laundry.

EXTRAS:

* Umbrellas (If it rains) and Boogie Boards.

OUTSIDE:

* Terrace:

Outdoor Setting for 6 people with cushions. Potted Plants and Retractable clothes line. Recliner Chair. Area is Tiled. Sunny spot.

SECURITY GARAGE:

Car Space for 1 medium sized car. Visitors Area in Garage.


PLEASE NOTE:

* Surf Boards etc and Bicycles etc are kept in the Security Cage within the Security Gargage underneath the Complex.

These items are not permitted within the Facility. Sorry.

* On arrival an Orientation of the facility is provided to Guests. This takes about 30 minutes.

* Ceiling fans and floor fans are provided. There is no airconditioner.

* If additional Guests stay over night above the number of people already quoted for there is an additional cost per person per night.

Rates, Fees and Charges.

Nightly Rate = $200.00 - $300.00 per night. This depends upon number of Guests.

Weekend Rate = $500.00 for Friday and Saturday nights or Saturday and Sunday nights.

Longer stay of more than 4 weeks is welcome. Please ask Owner.

Christmas Rate and New Year Rate = $300.00 per night for up to 4 persons.

Cleaning Fee of $100.00 if one Family. If 2 x Couples = $100.00 per Couple.

INSPECTIONS WELCOME.

Apartment is located in Waterloo St, Narrabeen and very close to the corner of Ocean St, Narrabeen.
