Architecturally designed with luxury features throughout Ocean Blue is your perfect beach retreat providing the ultimate in comfort and space for your next beach holiday.
The property has two kitchens and three living areas making it an ideal property to share with another family. The children can be in one living area opening out onto a fully fenced back garden with croquet and putting whilst the adults can be enjoying the relaxing ocean views from the main living area or enjoying panoramic beach views from the new mezzanine level whilst luxuriating on the Designer Guild couches.
Our award winning front garden has a sun baking log and firepit with room for all guests to sit around on the sandstone wall and chat .
The open plan nature of Ocean blue means that the ocean views are also fully enjoyed from the dining and kitchen areas. Ocean Blue has five spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms (including Ensuite to main), full laundry and a games area with pool, table tennis and darts. Bi-fold glass doors open up to decks both at ground and at mezzanine level. There is a sizeable back and front garden for children to play in a safe environment.
Our house is at the quiet end of copa and only 3 houses away from the shops and directly opposite the beach path
Additional features are: dishwasher in both kitchens, 4 TV's two of which are 42" plasma/lcd , 3 DVD's, foxtel in 3 rooms, free wireless internet connection, stereo, ceiling fans, gas heating, security lighting ,pool table, table tennis table, darts board and an outside shower. The kitchen is fully appointed with a plentiful range of glassware and crockery.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE . ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. NO HENS OR BUCKS WEEKENDS AWAY , WEDDINGS OR SCHOOLIES . ADULTS HAVE TO BE OVER 25 UNLESS THEY ARE A CHILD OF A GUEST. MAX NUMBER OF ADULT GUESTS IS 8 .
Sleeps 10 - 12: Bed 1 - QUEEN, Bed 2 - SINGLES x 4, Bed 3 queen plus single, Bed 4 - QUEEN, Bed 5 - Singles x 2 + TRUNDLE.

Located between Avoca Beach and Macmasters Beach, with Bouddi National Park 5 minutes to the south; Copacabana is 15 minutes drive from Terrigal, 45 minutes from Hornsby (90 minutes drive from Sydney CBD). "Copa" is reknown for having one of the best point breaks on the East Coast and is has a wide range of local amenities: coffee shops, restaurants, general store, liquor shop, newsagent, bakery, hairdressers etc. Copa is also only a 15 minute drive to the huge Erina Fair Shopping Plaza and 5 minutes drive to Avoca Beach with more restaurants. For golfers its only 10 minutes drive to Kincumber driving range and also shops, supermarket, Cinema, Hotel, and access to Brisbane Water for water sports. Surrounded by national parks & inland waterways there is plenty to do - swimming, surfing, tennis, kayaking, fishing, prawning, boating and bush-walking. Also at Copa you'll find a Whale watching platform and Captain Cook lookout which gives a great view up and down the coast.
