This refurbished funky beach house is just 400m to the beautiful geographe bay and 1km to the town centre and tourist attractions of Busselton jetty and the underwater observatory.
This is an ideal home for 1 to 2 families with its closed in garden for the kids and pets while you kick back with a nice glass of local wine and b.b.q. on the great entertaining decked area.
You will love all the mod cons to make your holiday a breeze including 2 TV's, DVD, C.D Player, Microwave, dish washer, washing machine, iron, sandwich toaster, and baby facilities to boot, (high chair, travel cot with linen).
Your 'Fresh Escape' includes a double spa bath for the romantic couple or chuck the kids in all in one go! Two toilets, hot/cold indoor and outdoor shower to wash off those sandy kids and surf boards 'Perfect'!
For those keen fishermen there is plenty parking for the cars and boat, with the sailing club just at the bottom of the road.
Doonahs and pillows are provided, and linen can be arranged at an extra cost for laundering for interstate or overseas guests.
All prices include cleaning. In the lock up garage, you will find a couple of kids bikes, 3 adult bikes (2 spare toddler seats for bikes, with helmets) bucket and spades, beach tent and seats plus child buggy just to make your holiday that little bit easier.
This is a great location, beach side of the Bussell Hwy. And if your keen to do a wine tour, 'Bush Tucker Wine Tours' will pick you up from the house and return you safe and sound, what more could you ask for!
