Sandringham Village is located at 169 Great Eastern Highway, Ascot / Belmont in Perth,Western Australia, the world's most isolated city.

The 'Village' has a pool, half court tennis and a small gym. And, just a short stroll to the banks of Perth's famous Swan River.

With 10 minutes drive from the domestic airport and 15 minutes from the international, you can settle in quickly.

The Burswood International Casino (golf, 24/7 entertainment) is a short drive, and the Perth CBD is only 2 k's further on. Take a leisurely drive to the nearby Swan Valley for great wine tasting and eateries.

Want to watch the cricket, or attend the races? You can be at the WACA (cricket) and Ascot Racecourse in no time at all.

A large shopping complex is located in central Belmont and a 24/7 deli is 2 minutes drive. (Great for those out-of-hours arrivals and emergency supplies).

Liquor store and restaurant across the road. Ask for 10% discount at restaurant.

Perth has a modern network of trains and buses. Fares are quite cheap. Transperth has a great journey planner. Buses available at complex doorstep.

Unit 36 - The Accommodation:

Our aim is to provide a quiet, but convenient & relaxed atmosphere without the cost of hotel fees . The one bedroom unit is fully self contained, is suitable for a couple and one other person on foldaway bed.

*All fresh linen, towels
*Full cooking facilities, including microwave, crockery cutlery etc
*Airconditioning (cool and heat).
*Complimentary tea/coffee, milk, juice for arrival
*Washing machine, clothes dryer & iron in unit
*Digital TV, plus DVD player
*Selection of DVD's (nominal fee). Adult dvd's on request and discretely delivered.
*One car bay with security gates
*Bring your pool towel, sunscreen & tennis gear.
*Linen replenished once per week, or on departure of each guest.
*Sorry, we are unable to accomodate pets.
*Although non-smoking inside, please use your own outside porch.
*No keys - entry to Village and unit are via "FOB" entry locks.This enables self check-in and check-out 24/7. EASY and we will provide details prior to arrival.
* Car parking is limited to one car, we are unable to park caravans, trailers or SUV's etc.

Conditions, Tariff & Payment:

Please note that the tariffs quoted below are for two adults, plus one child under 10 yo stays for free. Add $10 per night to tariff below for extra person.

Tariffs are quoted in $AUD. No extra hidden taxes or fees.

Ask about our long term rates. The longer you stay the more economical it becomes! Our sliding tariff structure ensures you receive excellent value for money.


Check-in & Deposit:

Check-in and out time is flexible, dependant on other bookings. Assume 12:00 noon in and out. No keys! 24/7 self check-in.

A minimum 20% deposit is required prior to your accommodation being confirmed. Full payment is required 5 days prior to checking in.

Payments can be made via direct credit (ask us for our bank details) or cheque (in AUD$).

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
