Cooper's Cottage is well located, set in a large secure yard, offering comfortable summer and winter accomodation. Suitable for families and couples, this pet friendly beach house is great for get-aways. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED INDOORS.

There are three bedrooms, which include a queen size bed, bunks with a single bed and two single beds.
A large open plan lounge/kitchen with television, dvd player and sound system and dining area. There is a bath and shower in bathroom with a separate toilet. Laundry with a washing machine and trough.
The kitchen is well appointed with the essential equipment plus more. There is a microwave, oven, refrigerator and a large gas BBQ on the deck.
If you have pets, the property is fully fenced for them to run around in, and there is a outdoor sleeping area for them in a weatherproof shed. Pets are welcome but outside only please.
Nestled in the heart of First Estate just 5 minutes walk from the shops, Cooper's Cottage is available for week-end and holiday bookings, just 2 hours drive from Melbourne. The quiet sandy streets of Venus Bay nestled around the village shops are safe and relaxed. The magnificent No 1 surf beach is a 10 minute walk away. Two boat ramps to Andersons Inlet are a five minute drive away.
