Island Lodge has a calm and welcoming feel about it. In winter, as the fire blazes, you can soak in the views through the expansive windows. See the mist rise from the Aussie bush at your back door. Relax while watching the waters of the Coorong at the front. Keep warm around a backyard fire, toast marshmallows.
Then in Summer, admire the stunning sunsets and take advantage of the pleasant weather and enjoy the many water activities available.

The Island Lodge is a double storey cedar clad home backing onto 10 acres of bush. Rustic on the exterior, the interior delights. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms spread evenly between the floors. The upstairs has open plan living, air-con and combustion heater. Downstairs features an air conditioned games room with separate decking.

Only minutes from the River Port of Goolwa; for those who love the finer things in life, the South Coast and Fleurieu Peninsula provide a relaxing opportunity to browse old-world antique and craft markets. Nearby, wine regions of Currency Creek and Langhorne Creek are a must for connoisseurs. We are at the gateway to the distinctive landscape of The Coorong, with an abundance of birdlife. Relax watching a variety of birds enjoying our gardens and forest. Feed the friendly magpies. Only a short drive away is the coastal resort town of Victor Harbor, home of Southern Right Whales and fairy penguins.

SLEEPING CONFIGURATION:

Ideally suited to 2 families or 4/5 couples or 8 singles; total 8 individual beds

Upstairs:
Main bedroom - queen bed;room for child foldout or cot
Bedroom 2 - single bunk (2 children or 1 adult)
Downstairs:
Bedroom 3 - double bed
Bedroom 4 - 2 singles
Games room - queen bed and double sofa bed if required

INCLUSIONS:

All linen, bedding and bath towels are provided. Incidentals included are dishwashing supplies, toilet paper, soap.
No cleaning required - simply leave neat, dishes done, bbq cleaned and rubbish placed in bins provided on site.

Check in from 2.00pm Check out 10.00am
On Sunday check out is extended to 12pm.
For an additional $30 this can be extended to 3pm (subject to availability)

RATES:

$165 per night for 2 adults with 2 children or 1 couple.
Additional adults $15 per night each
Additional children (1-18yrs) $8.50 per night each
Maximum nightly rate is $255
Stay 7 nights and pay for ONLY 6.

There is a single Saturday night surcharge of $30 on the above rates when there are more than 2 guests.

BOOKING:

Deposit of 20% is required and may be paid by credit card, cheque or direct credit. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

More than 30 days prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of deposit.
Between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of deposit.
Less than 14 days prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of booking value.

Note: Pricing is subject to change, and a minimum stay period and other conditions may apply. You should confirm pricing with the property owner.

Maximum rate is $255 per night except when booking single Saturday night add $30 surcharge to applicable rate. Stay 7 nights pay for 6 nights all year.
