The Crescent is the perfect place to relax with friends for a family holiday. Ideal for TWO or more families or FOUR couples. Enjoy the spacious modern home, with all the creature comforts.
Just a few metres from the pristine Surf Beach. Enjoy those early morning walks on the beach, fish, surf or swim - your choice. An easy walk to local store. Close to Grand Prix Circuit and Penguin Parade, 5 min to Smiths beach. Mid way between Cowes and San Remo with plenty of choice in restaurants and activities. Stay on the weekend and enjoy late checkout on Sundays.
Please note no parties, no schoolies.
Downstairs four large bedrooms with electric heaters. One bedroom with queen size bed (electric blanket), one bedroom with a single bed, the other two bedrooms each have a double bed and a single bed with a single trundle bed under.
Downstairs bathroom includes luxurious spa bath and separate shower. Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs spacious main bedroom (electric heater) with magnificent picture window and views to Bass Strait.
Queen size bed (with electric blanket) ensuite and walkin robe.
Total accommodation for 13 people, 9 beds, (2 x Queen, 2 x Double, 3 x Single, 2 x single trundle), 5 bedrooms.
Linen can be hired from local supplier at extra cost.
Lounge room with 50 inch plasma TV, reverse cycle air conditioner (heat & cool) and water views.
Relax, sit and read the newspaper, enjoy the scenery on the comfy modern lounge or entertain on the covered deck with a BBQ and wine while taking in the magnificient views.
Sitting room with electric heater, 2nd TV for reading or quiet relaxation.
Fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave.
Games Room (Double garage) with 9' X 4" 6" Billiard Table and Table Tennis Table.
Single carport. Fully fenced yard suitable for a well behaved dog and beautiful garden. Room for kids to play.
