Situated on the waters edge at Clareville overlooking Pittwater, Kohaku is a fantastic 4 bedroom house with all the comforts that you could want for a holiday destination.

There are 3 bedrooms in the house and all have Ensuites to add to the comfort. The Master bedroom has a King bed and the 2nd and 3rd rooms both have queen beds. In the 4th room there is a double sofa bed so the house can comfortably sleep up to 8 people.

There are 3 separate lounge areas in the house as well as both informal and formal dining areas off the Kitchen. Head outside to the balcony and take in the views that Pittwater has to offer.

Head down to the waters edge and sit on the Jetty with your feet in the water or go for a stroll along the beach. Go for a swim in the pool or even for a swim in Pittwater as well. It is the perfect spot to spend an afternoon as the sun goes down.

Take a look in the pond by the front of the house and see the beautiful Koi swimming. Watch them for a few seconds or a few minutes, they are absolutely beautiful.

With all of the comforts from wireless internet to foxtel TV and the swimming pool and Jetty, Kohaku is a fabulous beach house located less than 3 minutes drive from Avalon Beach and shops.

Available all year round for a minimum stay of 1 week, you will have a holiday that you will never forget.
