It has direct beach access to one of the safest beaches in Sydney and the property also has a great lawn area at the front for children to play. With the natural bush reserve next door and no road in sight, enjoy the sounds of the waves and the abundant birdlife from the reserve.
There are 3 bedrooms in the property all on the top level. There are also two bathrooms on the top level. The middle level has a fluid open plan living/dining/Kitchen area that opens out onto a balcony with outdoor setting and BBQ - perfect for having a relaxing meal whilst looking at the beach.
