The new fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, ceramic cooktop and two drawer dishwasher. All appliances,
cookware, crockery and cutlery are new.

There is a spacious living area with level access onto a new deck that has a comfortable outdoor setting and barbecue.

Fully fenced backyard, single lockup garage.

There are overhead fans in the bedrooms and
gas heating in the living area.

Dishwasher,Microwave.

Roxy's is located mid beach at Mollymook, 3 small blocks
back from the beachfront.

This is a great house for families but sorry,
it is not available for Schoolies or groups of teenagers.

From the moment that you drive into the beautiful pastureland that surrounds Milton you know that you are somewhere that is really special.

The combination of a picturesque country village at Milton, comprehensive shopping centre at Ulladulla and magnificent beach at Mollymook has something for everybody.

There is something for everyone in the Milton - Mollymook - Ulladulla area.

Apart from the great surfing and swimming at Mollymook and the Bogey Hole, there are lots of other things to do. There are two golf courses, 9 holes for casual golf at the seaside course and 18 championship holes at the demanding Hillside course. Water ski at King's Point or Lake Conjola. Fish from the beach or rock platform or take a game fishing trip from Ulladulla harbour. Bushwalk through the national park or trek up Pigeon House Mountain.

There is great shopping at Milton's beautiful village, and Ulladulla's comprehensive range of shops. Visit the cinema complex or the amusement centre.

There are a range of restaurants to suit every occasion and for that special treat, visit the day spa at the spectacular Bannisters Point Lodge and maybe enjoy a cocktail.
