Copa-Bahama has great open living spaces, 2 huge decks (one with BBQ) for outdoor living and views of the lagoon and ocean that will refresh your soul.

Perfect for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Copa-Bahama is a self contained TOP UNIT OF A HOUSE. There is an entry from the front of the property and a downstairs entry onto the Lake. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped if you feel the need to practice your Masterchef skills. Complimentary herbs and spices drawer at side of oven.

There is a beautiful main bedrom consisting of one King bed which overlooks the lake and beach. The other bedroom has a single bed and a trundle bed suitable for children. The main lounge and living area has a 50" Plasma & DVD.

The ensuite in the main bedroom is ultra modern with a small spa bath and a separate toilet in the hallway. There is an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach.

The photos give you an idea how close you are to the beach but they do not do justice to the experience that will be yours when you select Copa-Bahama for your Summer holiday.

Copacabana

Copacabana is a seaside village - no one goes through here to anywhere, so this is really a great community where people choose to visit.

This means our beach is less busy than the very popular Avoca and Terrigal beaches just north of us.

Copa Beach features a great left hand point break as well good banks in the middle and out in front of the lagoon.

For the kids there is a freeform rockpool where mums and dads and kids spend many great days.

An early morning walk along the beach may take you to Macmasters Beach where there is a small cafe for a coffee or brekky on the beach. There is also a safe rock pool for swimming.

There are several cafes a restaurant and cocktail bar and a takeaway in Copa. Also a takeaway shop at the Surf Club. There is a hairdresser, bottle shop, convenience store, newsagent, chemist, bakery, video shop and real estate agents. Once you've been for a visit you'll probably want to live here! All this is just a two minute flat walk from your property.

Another great thing about staying at Copacabana is that to get to this little paradise it only takes an hour from Sydney. If you want to venture out it's 15 minutes to lots of shopping, entertainment and food at Erina and Terrigal.

What to bring

This is a luxury property for those who seek quality and immediate relaxation on arrival.

You will be welcomed with a basket of nibblies.

All beds will be prepared for your arrival. Bed and bathroom linen will be provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

You will need to bring food, wine, good books and a need for relaxation by the sea.

This property would suit a romantic getaway for 2 or a holiday for a family of 4.
