Located between Kurrajong Heights and Bilpin, a comfortable one and a half hour drive from Sydney, Rosehaven provides the perfect venue for you to relax in the beautiful gardens surrounding the property and enjoy the natural beauty of Hawkesbury Highlands and the Blue Mountains.

The homestead is close to many wedding venues including Loxley on Bellbird, Chapel Hill, Mt Tomah Gardens and the Turpentine Tree.

Homestead Features

Fully furnished house consisting of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen and breakfast room with separate lounge area. The homestead offers a large king bedroom with ensuite, one queen bedroom, one double and the fourth bedroom set up as twin. Each room has been named after roses grown in the surrounding gardens. Additional bedding can be made available with fold-out beds if required. Air-conditioned throughout with a lovely fireplace to enjoy on the cooler nights. Also an outdoor spa located on the back deck so that you can relax and enjoy the array of stars in the mountain sky.

Rosehaven Homestead is the perfect venue for groups of 6-12.

Exclusive Booking of Homestead
Weekend $800 per night up to 8 adults (Fri-Sun)
Weekday $550 per night up to 8 adults (Mon-Thurs)
*public holidays are charged at weekend rates

Additional adults/children are $50 per person per night
(up to 12 maximum)

Discounted rates apply for extended stays and mid-week bookings.

Minimum two stay night for weekends and public holidays.

Bedroom details:

Mon Cherie Room
Master bedroom with king-size bed and personal ensuite with bay windows overlooking the beautiful homestead gardens.

Valencia Room
This room contains a queen size bed and overlooks the homestead gardens.

Julia Room
This room contains two single beds however can be converted into a king if needed. Outlooks across the beautiful Blue Mountains.

Elina
This is the smallest of the four bedrooms containing a double bedroom overlooking the homestead gardens.

Additional foldout beds can be made available if required.

All tariffs includes delicious country breakfast basket for you to enjoy at your leisure.(juice, cereal, fresh fruit, bacon, sausages, our own free-range eggs, bread, homemade jams and spreads, tea and coffee).
