Located between Kurrajong Heights and Bilpin, a comfortable one and a half hour drive from Sydney, Rosehaven provides the perfect venue for you to relax in the beautiful gardens surrounding the property and enjoy the natural beauty of Hawkesbury Highlands and the Blue Mountains

Homestead Features

Fully furnished house consisting of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen and breakfast room with separate lounge area. Three bedrooms sleep two adults with the fourth bedroom also available to accommodate larger groups. Each room has been named after roses grown in the surrounding gardens. Additional bedding can be made available with fold-out beds if required. Air-conditioned throughout with a lovely fireplace to enjoy on the cooler nights. Also an outdoor spa located on the back deck so that you can relax and enjoy the array of stars in the mountain sky.

Bookings and Tariff

Bookings can be made for individual rooms on a B&B basis, or exclusive use of the whole homestead.

Exclusive Booking of Homestead
Weekend $600 first night up to 6 adults, $1100 2 nights
Weekday $450 first night up to 6 adults, $750 2 nights

Additional charges apply for extra guests (up to 10 maximum)

Mon Cherie Room
Master bedroom with king-size bed and personal ensuite with bay windows overlooking the beautiful homestead gardens.
Weekend $200 per couple per night (reduced rate 2nd night)
Weekday $190 per couple per night (reduced rate 2nd night)

Valencia and Julia Rooms
Two bedrooms with queen-size bed and outlook across the Blue Mountains and shared bathroom
Weekend $380 for 2 couples per night (reduced rate 2nd night)
Weekday $350 for 2 couples per night (reduced rate 2nd night)

Discounted rates apply for full weekend and extended stays.

All tariffs includes delicious country breakfast basket (juice, cereal, fresh fruit, bacon, our own free-range eggs, homemade jams and spreads) for you to enjoy at your leisure.
