This two bedroom beachside apartment provides excellent accommodation with modern decor and a large enclosed front yard. Open plan living with modern kitchen, gas cooktop and dishwasher. Main bedroom has queen bed with loads of cupboards and second bedroom has one double bunk, one single bunk and large wardrobes. North facing front balcony with gas bbq. Lockup garage and plenty of parking for boats. It is nestled in a bush setting with filtered ocean and beach views and the building is divided into only two apartments. The children\'s park is directly across the road as well as a corner shop, restaurant and a patrolled beach. Only 5 minute walk to the Pambula River Mouth.
Kangaroos are regular visitors on the reserve out the front. Across the road is PB cafe, general store, restaurant, phone and bus stop. Merimbula airport is only 5 kilometres away and Merimbula town with great restaurants, shops and other amenities being only 7 kilometres away. Other attractions to the area are golf, fishing, bike tracks, bushwalking and whale watching during October and November. A courtesy bus can transport you to and from hotels and golfclub.
Suitable either for the perfect family holiday or a quiet romatic getaway.
