This fully self - contained cottage sleeps 8 and is ideal for 1-3 couples or families. It has everything you require for a relaxing getaway.
The cottage has an open-plan lounge and dining area with a Reverse Cycle Air-Conditioner, lovely log fire and a fully equipped kitchen. (wood is supplied)
The laundry has a washer and dryer.
Two of the bedrooms have built in robes.
Doonas and pillows are on all beds with electric blankets provided in winter.
Guests supply their own towels and bedlinen.
(Linen is available for hire at a small extra charge if required)
There is one bathroom (recently renovated) and toilet. The large, outside refurbished building is fully lined and carpeted, has four single beds and makes a great area for children.
Portacot and high chair supplied.
The back yard is a large, fully enclosed area - a great location for the for children to play and a safe area for the family pet. It has many shady trees and a covered patio area for enjoying the ambiance while sitting outside. This is great house for all seasons.
Parking is down a long driveway at the side of the cottage and there is ample room for your boat.
It is perfectly located, only minutes from both beaches and shops and is a short driving distance from award winning wineries.
Pets are permitted by arrangement with owner.

School leavers.
During leavers week late November/early December, the cottage is unavailable. Booking requests for this period will therefore not be responded to.
A refundable security bond of $400 applies to all bookings.
Once the bond has been received, detailed information on the property will be forwarded.
A cleaner/caretaker fee of $120 applies to all bookings.
CANCELLATION : If you wish to cancel your booking please contact us immediately.
Part or all of your bond deposit may be non-refundable depending on the dates of your booking, how much notice is given and whether the cottage can be re booked.
