LOCATION
The Beach Penthouse is well positioned on Cape Woolamai 150 metres from the beach,the whole first floor level of 14sq of living with its own entry and only 5 mins drive from San Remo. Just a 2 minute stroll to the safety beach where you can take a beautiful walk to the Bridge or the Scenic Cape. The stunning Cape Woolamai surf beach is only 4 mins drive.
Beautiful San Remo is just a short 5 minute drive over the bridge. Walk the retail area,cafes,restraurants and along the water front promanade to the jetty and watch the pelicans being fed at 11.30am every morning.View the fishing boats coming in.The many attractions of Cowes, Seal Rocks, Nobbies, Race Track, Golf Course, Koala Park, the famous Penguin Parade and the many pristine beachs; all only 10 mins drive away.
