Description
This fully renovated and modernised beach house offers stunning views of the Bay and an easy stroll to the beach, tennis courts and popular surf breaks. Splendid sunsets can be enjoyed from the large timber deck. The house maintains a 'holiday house' feel, while allowing guests to enjoy the comfort of a modern fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The floors in most of the house are polished concrete, very stylish, cool and easy to clean. In winter the house is easily warmed by a pot belly stove or an eletric heater. The house sits in a large enclosed yard with grassed area for children to exlpore and play in and is also home to blue wrens and other delightful birds.

Nice spot. Well renovated cottage with everything that you would need for a short break.
It's a year since we were there...however, my recall is that it was a well equipped and very comfortable home with all that we required whilst staying at Gracetown. I can't think of any negatives so that must be good!
A delightful beach cottage in a beautiful location. The house is very stylish with a wonderful entertaining area, opening onto a large decking with views to the bay. The master bedroom is large and romantic, with french style shutter doors opening onto the decking. The bathroom is modern with a fabulous bath and view to the garden. The studio is another 'retreat' in itself! We loved our stay at Lefthanders!
