Guest Reviews

  • "The property was very cosy and felt homely. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay including air conditioning. It was only a 10 minute walk to the front beach. I would recommend it to anyone and would definitely consider it again next time we stay at Rye."

  • "We loved our stay at the Howards as it was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - right next to the beach and not too far from the shops. "

  • "Great location, between two beaches, and easy walking distance to Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay. Accommodation was clean and comfortable, and my daughter loved the pool. Excellent for a young family."

  • "I stayed at The Howards for a week with close friends and couldnt have been happier. It was during the 'schoolies' period which meant as a group we saw alot of the properties around Rye, and out of all them many would have to agree our 'home' for the week was the best. It was cosy and just the right size for all of us to stay. It was a five minute drive to the main beach and shops or a 10 minute walk to the local beach down the road. We had no trouble with anything within the house and the property owner was also a great help. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. "
