Enjoy the comforts of central heating, or the cosy gas log fire to keep you toasty warm during our colder months, or in the heat of summer, the luxury of central cooling.

There are 2 bathrooms....the main bathroom downstairs has a large spa bath and separate toilet, with an ensuite bathroom upstairs, also with separate toilet.
All linen and towels are provided, plus a hairdryer for your use in the main bathroom.

'Laze' away a long lunch or BBQ out on the large secure patio area, or whip up a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher. A laundry with washing machine/dryer, ironing board/iron is also provided.

From the upstairs balcony, take in the day and night views over town towards the ever changing Wombat Hill.
