This luxuriously furnished 1 bedroom apartment offers accommodation with the comfort of our guests a priority.

Breakfast provisions are generous and include freshly laid eggs from our happy chooks ,ham and cheese and a choice of cereals as well as homemade jams.
This can be prepared at your leisure in the stylish loungeroom with basic kitchenette facilities and enjoyed in a cosy baywindow-dining setting with waterview.

Now you are set up for a day of exploring the wonderful Huon Valley, Bruny Island and Tasmania’s South with its many attractions and Vineyards.
The area is also famous for its many Restaurants and Providores.

When you return relax on your own verandah or soak in a double spa-bath.
A rejuvenating night’s sleep can be assured in your deluxe Kingsize bed so you can look forward to do it all again tomorrow.

Our very comfortable living/lounge room invites you to relax and watch the activities on the Bay or watch your favourite programs or movies.
We also have a very good selection of books to choose from during your stay.
If birdwatching gives you pleasure you won't be disappointed as you can spot the odd sea-eagle or wedgetailed eagle gliding over the bay.

The Gardenview Apartment

This stylishly furnished and decorated studio apartment is accessed via a private sunny deck surrounded by gardens and has some waterviews.
Just pefect for a romantic stay.
The bathroom is roomy and has a large shower.
The Q/S bed offers a luxourious nights sleep.
The basic kitchenette is well equipped with a fridge, toaster, tea/coffee making facilities, egg boiler and a BBQ on the deck.
Best of all you don't have to do any dishes as we service the apartment daily.
If dining out is more desirable the many close-by restaurants and cafes offer a great alternative to dining in.
