Opossum Bay is located on the Derwent River, just 40 minutes drive from the centre of Hobart.
Just across the road from "Your Escape" is the Opossum Bay beach. The beach is safe and sheltered with beach houses adding to the character of the bay. If you are feeling active 5 minutes drive will get you to some spectacular surf beaches or the Iron Pot 9 hole golf club, which doubles as the local bar & bistro.
This holiday home caters for all seasons. No matter the time of year you will relax, whether you are indoors enjoying the views, relaxing on the sundeck, on the beach, fishing off the new jetty or going for a stroll out to the headland. There is something here for everyone.

PRICE IS BASED ON 4 PERSONS
Additional persons $20 each per night. Cleaning Fee $70 per booking this covers the costs of an external cleaner who prepares the house for the next group of guests.
Minimum 2 night stay.
Summer, School Holiday periods and Easter - longer stays are required.
Note: Pricing is subject to change, and a minimum stay period and other conditions may apply. You should confirm pricing with the property owner.
The price listed is for 4 persons only, additional persons above 4 persons is an extra $20 per night per person. The house caters for 6 persons. There is also a one of cleaning fee of $70.00 external cleaner has to come in on departure of guests. Depending on season price can be negotiated.
