Espresso Apartments Rates Information

- Starts at $230 per night for minimum 3 night booking.

- Rate reduces by $3 per night as number of nights increases - up to 35 nights. Lowest nightly rate is $134.

- Surcharge of 25% applies during summer holidays ( 10 Dec to end Jan). Surcharge of 35% applies during public holiday weekends.

- A 50% deposit is required on confirmation of booking and the balance is payable on arrival.
