Stunning colonial style 5 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home showcased by 3 metre wrap round balconies offering glorious views of secluded Peppermint Grove Beach.
Upstairs, 2 double master bedrooms (each with its own spa featuring ocean views) and open lounge, dining, kitchen area enclosed by windows for optimum views. Separate childrens retreat downstairs including 3 bedrooms, bathroom, entertainment/activity area.
Only 30 minute drive from Dunsborough/Margaret River wine region. Picturesque walks along the beach or through Tuart Forrest.
Peppermint Grove Beach is unique due to it's proximity to the beach and its seclusion. You will know you're on holiday in this location. Very quiet and very private, with miles and miles of open beach to yourself !
The house has been designed to allow two couples to enjoy exactly the same standard of room, by having two identical master bedroom suites on either side of the house, each with it's own spa and bathroom. Downstairs, there are three additional bedrooms with one double bed, two king singles and a bunk room with two bunk beds (sleeping four), plus the convenience of a separate downstairs bathroom.
Ideal for two couples or two families looking for a relaxing and quiet holiday destination.
Beautiful sunsets await from the expansive three metre wide timber balconies with teak outdoor furniture setting for eight people and a gas BBQ for outdoor entertaining.
4wd access is available from the beach (seasonal restrictions apply) as well as beach fishing, surfing, and kayaking on the adjacent Capel rivermouth in close proximity.
Capel Vale Winery is within a few kilometres and beyond are all the other famous South West attractions, including wineries, breweries, restaurants, whale watching, walks etc, etc...
