  • "Very cosy and clean, perfect for a family. The many special touches by the hosts were fantastic, including a small gift for our baby, chocolates on arrival and breakfast ingredients. Would recommend Toulon Housefor anyone looking for a comfortable and warm place to stay in the Mountains. Hosts were friendly and continued great communication after the trip to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Will return often. Thank you! Tori and David."

  • "We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, comfy and quiet. Our every need was tended to - from gifts of books for the kids and chocolates to a most welcome breakfast basket and selection of teas/coffees, dvds and books. Fresh flowers throughout and a most helpful and welcoming hostess. The kids loved the great backyard. We'll be back again! "

  • "Our family all enjoyed our recent stay at Toulon House. The house is warm and welcoming and the owner has ensured every attention to detail and comfort is met. The beds are cozy and comfortable with quality sheets and beautiful, fluffy blankets. The leather lounge and wonderful gas fire are hard to leave and the huge, but safe, backyard is a child's dream. There is a great selection of games to play and DVD's to watch for all ages. The breakfast basket with fresh fruit and cereals was thoughtfully put together, as was the selection of teas and coffee. The owner was professional, efficient and friendly when taking our booking. I highly recommend Toulon House and would definately stay there again and again. "

  • "Toulon House is one of the best places we've stopped at in the Blue Mountains, with comfortable beds, a large lounge (where children have space to play) and a nice garden. But what makes it special is those little touches - a welcome note from the host, a couple of chocolates waiting on the pillow, a small selection of (new, clean) books, DVDs and games. It makes you feel like a welcomed guest. It's only 2 minutes from Leura and 5 from Katoomba - but the only downside is that you do need a car - or you'll have a 20/30 minute walk to Wentworth Falls station. We visit the Blue Mountains frequently, and will certainly return here without hesitation."

  • "Very well situated, close to Wentworthfalls lake, golf course and shopping centre. It was only a short drive to the Falls National park which is truely spectacular.A nice quiet position. My hostess was very friendly and professional on the phone and with all transactions. They provided breakfast, chocolates and a present of a book for our daughter. The beds were very clean and comfortable, as was the entire house . There were numerous DVD's to veiw and a selection of books. I recommend this holiday house, a great stay"

  • "Had a fantastic time. Exceeded our expectations!! Accomodation was neat and tidy. Breakfast basket was a nice touch. The board games and dvds were muchly appreciated by our kids-didn't want leave the house!! The book gift each, for our two young children was a nice touch. Fed the ducks at the lake, situated only a few streets away.Highly Recommended."
