63 Bay Street - This quiet family friendly hideaway holiday home takes 1 hour to get to from Sydney's Nth Shore.

The practical and modern beach home sleeps max of 6 adults and 5 children, with 5 bedrooms containing 3 queen sized beds, 5 single beds and a cot.

Entertainment for inside includes 2 x plasma TV's, a huge selection of DVD's plus 2 x DVD players (upstairs and downstairs). For outside the swimming pool is fenced. There is a gas BBQ, plenty of paved areas and a large outside deck facing the beach.

There are 2 living areas one for the kids upstairs and one for adults downstairs. All furniture is new, clean and comfortable. The laundry contains a washer and a dryer. While the modern kitchen contains all the essentials, a microwave, new oven, stove and dishwasher. There are also 3 bathrooms (in the house), one is newly renovated with a spa bath. The laundry also contains an additional shower and toilet and there is an additional outside toilet.

For climate control in the Winter there are heaters and a fire place. Linen and towels are not provided, dooners and blankets are provided. The house is very cosy in the Winter and very breezy in the Summer!. There is a toy box full of toys for the kids and a couple of board games.

Conditions:- No parties, weddings, functions or caterers. This home is for personal use by occupants only. At no time are there to be more than 12 persons on the premises. Deposit 50% upon booking. A $500 bond is required.

Minimum 3 night stay throughout the year except peak periods which are weekly.

Prices quoted are Australian Dollars per week/night. Bank transfer, cheque or cash accepted.

Tennis courts available at Patonga and Pearl Beach. Golf (10 mins. drive away) Bushwalking tracks and picnic areas.

Patonga is a small fishing village and is surrounded by National Park, the beach and the Creek. Perfect for fishing, kayaking, swimming other water sports and bush walking. Patonga still has an untouched, non-commercial atmosphere. The village has a general store, Tavern, art gallery, playgrounds and a bottle shop. Two boat ramps are also available.
