Our luxury Waterfront property is a fantastic way to escape, relax and unwind or take advantage of the private jetty with boat moorings for all your watersport activities.
Situated within walking distance to Club Mulwala, Mulwala Water Ski Club & Yarrawonga & Border Golf Club we are centrally located for all social and dining activities.
There are 3 Bedroom (all QS beds) with 3 bathrooms. Additional bedding can be arrange for families with children in the upstairs bedrooms as there is plenty of space. Rollaway beds (Maximum 2) are available for hire at $10.00 per bed per night.
If you wish to cook up a storm whilst holidaying the kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances or a barbeque is located on the outdoor dining area overlooking the water.
If you wish to "hang up your apron" cafes, Clubs and restaurants are just a short walk away.
All rooms are fully airconditioned/heated for your comfort.
Our courtyard overlooks the pool, great for keeping a close eye on family members.
If you wish to pamper yourself during your stay exciting news just across the road at club mulwala!! Essenza Resport Spa is offering a broad range of services including massage, vichy shower, body treatments, de-tox box, hairdressing and manicure/pedicure treatments. All this just a short 5 minute walk away at Club Mulwala's Essenza Resort Spa. Incorporate this luxury to complete your perfect getaway.
Included in the Apartment cost is your very own private jetty on the protected lagoon where you can have direct access to your boat or jet ski. There are no worries about trailer parking as we have a double garage suitable for boat trailers with an additional 2 car spaces outside.
You can also hire a BBQ pontoon boat or little tinny directly across the lagoon for exploring Lake Mulwala at your own pace, a great way to spend the day!!!
Fishing is a major attraction to Lake Mulwala where several large competitions are held each year attracting people from all parts of Australia.
Golfing paradise at Yarrawonga & Border Golf Club is within walking distance or a 5 min drive.
