Beautiful 30 acre property in the lovely Daintree River valley with three very private self-contained, air-conditioned B&B bungalows overlooking a fresh-water lagoon and rainforest.
Tropical fruit trees, colourful gardens, walking/jogging trails, home to hundreds of birds and butterflies - a nature-lover's Paradise, honeymooners' haven or the perfect hideaway for a relaxing interlude.
Each bungalow has either a King/Twin or Queen bed plus convertible sofa for one extra adult - microwave, cooktop, fridge, air-conditioner, insect screens and ceiling fan. There is an ensuite bathroom with large shower and a private balcony overlooking the lagoon and rainforest - enjoy your own 'breakfast with the birds'!
The Shed is an historic old timber building where you will find a gas barbeque and table, jacuzzi spa, dart-board and a selection of books and games. No mobile or TV reception ensures you have a peaceful holiday but if you do need to keep in touch free wifi is available in The Shed.
SUNBIRD SANCTUARY has a King/Twin bed and convertible sofa
BIRDWING BUNGALOW and CASSOWARY CASTLE each has a Queen bed and convertible sofa - both are very private but also ideal for guests travelling together.
All have water and rainforest views and each accommodates a maximum of 3 adults (please note no facilities for children under 12).

The year-round rate per bungalow (for two guests) is $159 per night - third person sharing is $40. Longer-stay rates may be available - please enquire when booking.
The rate includes a daily breakfast basket (delivered to your bungalow the previous afternoon) of tropical fruits, juice, cereals, home-made jam and yoghurt, locally-grown freshly-ground coffee and Daintree tea.
For other meals guests may bring their own supplies - self-cook meals and drinks are also available.
Easy driving distance from Cairns (under 2 hours), Cape Tribulation and Port Douglas (each under 1 hour). A 10 minute, 8km drive from Daintree Village along a winding scenic valley trail, passing through stands of rainforest and cattle-grazing valley pastures.
Peace and tranquility yet handy for all the area's attractions - Daintree River crocodile- and wildlife-watching cruises, birdwatching, pristine beaches, rainforest walks, beach horse-rides, 8wd Argo tours, sea-kayaking, jungle-surfing, cruises to the Great Barrier Reef and scenic drives through Daintree National Park and the Daintree River valley. All on your doorstep!
