Serviced guest accommodation suites in a prestigious, safe and quiet area about 5km from the Perth CBD close to the north shore of the Swan River in Dalkeith.
The 1 and 2 queen bedroom accommodation suites accommodate up to 4 guests with private lounge, part kitchen, bathroom and wc. Laundry service is available. The lounge has TV & DVD. The accommodation suites have reverse cycle air-conditioning and are in a private wing of our main residence. Guests having their own keyed street entry and parking adjacent to the accommodation suites.
Private north facing outdoor facilities include solar heated (mid spring to mid autumn) swimming pool & spa and garden areas where you can relax, eat, drink or socialise outdoors.
The rates are:
* $160 per night for a single or couple sharing the 1 queen bedroom accommodation suite with private lounge, part kitchen and bathroom and wc.
* $200 per night for up to 3 guests sharing the 2 queen bedroom accommodation suite.
* $240 per night for 4 guests sharing the 2 queen bedroom accommodation suite.

Location
The serviced accommodation suites are located close to the north shore of the Swan River in the prestigious suburb of Dalkeith offering many picturesque and relaxing walking and riding opportunities through the neighbourhood, its parks and along the river. Or even better, go for a row on the Swan River and enjoy lunch at the restaurant at Point Walter on the south bank.
Oh and did we mention? Very quiet.
Local Attractions
The Whitehouse Westwing is a 2 minute drive to the recently redeveloped and expanded Claremont Shopping precinct and a similar distance to the University of WA, Kings Park and the Claremont and Royal Perth Yacht Clubs offering even more opportunities for walks in picturesque gardens and landscapes.
The area boasts some of the finest restaurants in Perth and there are numerous cafe's, bars and restaurants for all tastes.
Tennis courts & facilities are available (about 200 metres) as well as facilities for rowing on the river. The Nedlands Golf Club is about 1 km from the residence.

The standard price of $160pn applies for use of the 1 queen bedroom accommodation suite (maximum 2 guests). The higher charge of $220pn applies for use of the 2 queen bedroom accommodation suite (maximum 4 guests).
