The apartment sleeps a family of four with a King Bed in the main bedroom, 2 singles in the 2nd bedroom and built in robes in both.

The apartment offer 180 degree views to Kings Park, the Perth Central Business District and Burswood from the loungeroom, dining room and main bedroom. It is within 2 Km of the Perth CBD.

The lounge of the apartment has TV, DVD, VCR & reverse cycle air-conditioning. There is a separate dining room with views; a full modern kitchen; modern bathroom with shower and spa; separate loo; full laundry facilities; good security features; quality fit-out and undercover parking.

Enjoy panoramic views as you bathe in the afternoon sun from the private balcony and the many and frequest fireworks displays over spring and summer nights.

The Apartment is located south of the Swan River in the Raphael Precinct just a hop, step and jump from the Victoria Park cafe, restaurant and shopping strip and about 2km from the Perth Central Business/Shopping Districts and the Burswood Hotel and Casio.

The apartment was great. On previous visits we stayed in a studio. Cityviews gave us plenty of room to move around, a lovely view to enjoy and good facilities. We would like to have used the spa, but coming from Victoria our water saving habits would not allow us. The shopping precinct was very close and user friendly. Mark was great to deal with and we appreciate that very much. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. Thankyou

Very convenient location, easy to locate and great views. Accommodation space more than adequate for four adults with all appliances necessary to cook, wash and drying, etc, etc. Lift was a blessing after a full day of touring. Will use again.

Spacious apartment, has a lovely modern kitchen. Very close to Albany Highway and the shops and restaurants
etc, great for the kids, we all loved the spa bath! Key entry so easy, I was
amazed. Very grateful for the breakfast pack and stuff left to make our first

It was our first visit to
the West and when I made the booking through the internet we were totally dependant on the information supplied to us. We arrived by plane at 11pm tired from travelling and had no idea where we were going. Well I must say we had no reason to be concerned. The apartment was beautiful and we felt very safe. Next morning we awoke to the most beautifull view overlooking the city. The thing that amazed us was that the locality was so peaceful and quite though so close
to the city. We were only minutes walking distance to the shops in a very safe area. When we come back to Perth we are happy in the knowledge that our Perth Cityviews Service Apartment

City View Apartment suited us perfectly for our stay. We watched the Australia Day Fireworks from our spacious balcony and enjoyed the spectacular city skyline views day and night. The apartment was well set out, main bedroom was large, spa bath was a lovely luxury for us, the living area huge, plenty of kitchen cupboards and ample crockery supplied. A nice touch I thought were the 'little extras' that were supplied in the kitchen, the pasta, sauces etc for guests use (even though we didnt use them). We will return next time in Perth.
