16 Pacific Marina is a privately owned 2 bedroom fully self contained apartment on the 3rd (top) floor of the 4 1/2 star Pacific Marina Complex. (Opened January, 2005)
Pacific Marina is located in the heart of the popular Coffs Harbour Jetty area with extensive views to the harbour, jetty beach and the banana clad hills. The complex has two pools and large garden and bar-b-que area.
On site management and security entry and parking are part of this modern complex.
Within only minutes walk to the beach and jetty, and only seconds to shopping centre, restaurants, coffee shops and cafes, you can save fuel and leave your car in the onsite secure underground parking area.
As well as the beach and harbour, you may wish to stroll across to Mutton Bird Island or visit the Pet Porpoise Pool. Coffs Harbour's Jetty Markets are opposite and held every Sunday. Visit the Botanic Gardens, do our relaxing creek walk or take a drive through the bananas to Bruxner Park scenic lookout.

16 Pacific Marina apartment has a maximum occupancy 4 persons which is perfect for couples, or a small family.
The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two single beds.
The apartment is fully self contained and air conditioned with two separate bedrooms, large living area and full kitchen, bath tub, washing machine and dryer, etc. There is also TV, DVD, a VCR and pay TV(Austar).
The balcony from the living and main bedroom offers outdoor dining, great views and the summer sea breeze.
Linen and bedding is supplied, as well as tea,coffee, toiletries and all the little things to get you going when you first arrive.
DVD's and CD's are provided for your entertainment
The apartment is Non Smoking and local regulations prohibit pets. Minimum stay is 2 nights.
