The Lonsdale Palms

Description

The Lonsdale Palms features a heritage house and 2 separate cottages on the one property and is only 200 metres from the beach.

Guests may book individual cottages or all three to accommodate the whole family or a group of friends.

All cottages are fully furnished including washing machines and dryers, have ducted heating and cooling, TV, DVD and CD players, family size mains gas BBQs. The bathrooms are designed for use by people of all abilities and ramps for wheelchair access - Winner 2008 Alcoa Access Award!
Each cottage is fully fenced - well behaved pets welcome.

The largest cottage is a newly renovated 4 bedroom Victorian heritage house featuring open plan living/dining area, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 2 sun-drenched living areas, a gas log fire for cosy winter nights.

Ruby Cottage (two bedroom) features a gourmet kitchen, a sun-drenched living area, 3 sun decks, 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen-size bed with ensuite and the other bedroom is furnished with two king-size single beds. (Can be made into a Kingbed) There is also a games room with billard table for the exclusive use of this cottage

Jade cottage (one bedroom) is very spacious with, open plan living/dining area and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. It is nicely appointed with period furniture and an additional sofa bed. There is a mains gas bbq on the sunny north facing deck in a private fully fenced garden.

Sleeping

The Lonsdale Palms can sleep up to 15 adults in comfort and style.
The property is ideal for 3 or 4 families looking to share a holiday experience while retaining the ability to take a break from the group in your own, totally self-contained cottage, if desired.
Great for family get togethers, reunions, hens weekends (we can arrange on site pamper sessions and massage)golf weekends or take a fishing charter with a group. Large kitchen/dining room, mains gas BBQ's and billard table.

Doonas, pillows, all bed linen and towels are supplied. Additional rolloway beds and potacots are available.

Location

Only 200 metres from the beach, The Lonsdale Palms is situated at 85 Bellarine Highway, Point Lonsdale - halfway between the townships of Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale.
Both towns can be accessed by foot or bicycle using a purpose built bike/pedestrian path or by way of a stroll along the beach to very good coffee shops or great views at the lighthouses.
Alternatively, a 2 minute ride in the car will see you in the heart of either town and ready for sightseeing or shopping. Ideal for a night out on the Blues train, or take the family to the Marine Discovery Centre, feed the stingrays, go diving or a round of golf at the numerous local courses.
The Bellarine Peninsula also boasts several good wineries and a plentiful supply of cafes and restaurants for your enjoyment and all within a 15 minute drive from the Lonsdale Palms.
