These refreshed TOWNHOUSES are the perfect location for a stay in Dubbo. They are extremely spacious and perfect for a relaxing stay for a couple, small group or family of upto 7. The open plan living, dining and full sized kitchen are downstairs with 2 spacious bedrooms, balcony and bathroom upstairs. They have reverse cycle air conditioning in the downstairs living area and master bedroom plus ceiling fans in both bedrooms. There is a small balcony off the front bedroom, perfect for a quiet repose. A terrific neighbourhood shopping complex, a garden cafe and nursery, takeaway, restaurant and the newly renovated West Dubbo Bowling Club are all close by. The river cycle path that leads into the CBD or out to the zoo and beautiful parks are at the bottom of the street.

Our pet friendly townhouse is ideal for pets of all sizes and with the securely fenced rear garden (common for the 4 townhouses) everyone can relax. The grassy rear garden has 5 foot secure colourbond fencing and always has some shade. Well behaved pets are welcome indoors as the living area is tiled and can sleep indoors on their own bedding. The off leash areas and terrific walking path along the Macquarie River are just at the end of the street. You can all walk out to the zoo if you wish (2.5km easy walk).
