LOCATION:
Coomba Park, part of the Great Lakes district, is located on the Western Coast of beautiful Wallis Lake. This picturesque village is a scenic 3 1/2 hour drive north of Sydney CBD. A short drive away are idyllic beaches such as Seal Rocks, Bluey's, Boomerang and Elizabeth beach.

COOMBA PARK AND SURROUNDINGS:

Coomba Park has a corner store, boat ramp, public wharves, a netted lake pool with beach, public bbq, tennis courts, golf club, children's playground, parks and public reserves running around the lake and on top of the hill with 360 degree lake views.
Coomba Park is surrounded by National Parks perfect for bush walking, a picnic or canoeing. Wallis Lake is a great place for water sports, swimming, exploring islands or visiting one of the two rivers that run into it. Wallis Lake opens up to the ocean at Forster so fishing is a favourite pastime of visitors and local dolphins have been sited fishing in the lake. Kangaroos, wallabies and abundant birdlife are just some of the native wildlife you can watch from the deck of the cottage. Keep an eye out for the wild deer that graze in and around the village.
Cafe's and restaurants can be found at nearby Charlotte Bay, Pacific Palms, Smith's Lake, Bluey's and Elizabeth beaches or visit the lakeside Pacific Palms Recreation Club.

COTTAGE FACILITIES:

Coomba Cottage is a north facing, one bedroom cottage with an open plan living area spilling out on to a covered deck at one end and an open deck that runs the length of the cottage. The lounge in the living area folds down into two single beds or can be joined to create another double bed for additional guests.
The cottage has ample facilities to really make your stay comfortable. These include: 3 person canoe (with fishing rod holders and life jackets) and canoe hand trolley, TV Video, DVD/CD player, extensive video collection, Playstation 2 console/games, ceiling fans, bath, oil heater, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, fruit/vegetable juicer, rice cooker, hair dryer, electric bbq, brazier (which doubles as a wood fired bbq) and a portable bbq for the beach or park.
