When staying at Little Penguin you will be five minutes walk to your choice of beaches around Grossard Point, ten minutes drive to either the Grand Prix circuit, the Penguin Parade or Cowes.

The local Anchorage General Store is less than five minutes drive away, yet it's so quiet here you can almost hear any visitors turning off the main road.

The property includes landscaped gardens, driveway and paths.
