The house is only metres from beautiful beaches suitable for swimming, fishing or a relaxing stroll.
For boating anglers the marina and boat ramp are nearby.
The area provides excellent fishing and access to the famous Sir Joseph Banks Group of Islands.

"For those of you with a young family, but are time poor - this is the place! Beautiful empty beaches, peaceful and quiet, force you to slow down. The views over Tumby Bay are stunning, especially at sunset. Yet you are only 30 mins from the bustle of Port Lincoln and within an hour are Lincoln NP and Coffin Bay NP, both of which are stunning. House is well set up and appointed."

"This was a fantastic place for two families to stay in the one house. It was practical, everything you needed was on hand and the living areas were enormous and so good for the kids to play around in without too much concern. The location on the waterfront was relaxing and beautiful and on a lovely walking trail. This was was such a lovely understated way to get away from it all and get back to family holiday basics and fun with Port Lincoln only a short drive away"
