Pottsville Luxury Villa is a 3 bedroom home which comfortably sleeps 6 ADULTS MAXIMUM + 2 children OR 4 ADULTS + 4 children.
It consists of 2 bedrooms downstairs.
Bedroom 1 offers a queen size bed with a private patio and grass courtyard.
Bedroom 2 offers a double/ single bed bunk style plus 1 single bed, sleeping 4. Bedroom 2 comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 2 children or 4 children.
There are fans in every room of the house and including the outdoor living area, and airconditioning in the downstairs living/kitchen area.
Upstairs you will find the spacious master bedroom retreat, which offers a king size bed, an open plan luxury spa bath with Bisazza tile features and private balcony with seating for two. Enjoy a glass of champagne on the balcony chilled from the master suites own minibar, while listening to the ocean waves or the sounds of the local birdlife. Enjoy filtered views of the Mooball Creek glisten in the morning light.
Cook up a storm in the kitchen which offers a 4 metre island benchtop, gas 6 burner stove, microwave, dishwasher and 24 bottle wine fridge.
Take a dip your private swimming pool which extends from the outdoor living area and wraps around the exterior of the living room where it can be viewed from the living room and kitchen. It features a tranquil water cascade and is always fresh and cool ....a great relief from a warm day at the beach or creek. After a surf enjoy a warm outdoor shower in the private lawned courtyard area adjacent to the pool.
Only 20 steps from the shoreline of Pottsville Estuary and the beach is only a short stroll, or quick bike ride away. Kayaks and bicycles are available. Fish for whiting or flathead in the creek or catch a mudcrab.

Surf at Black Rocks Beach

Go to the popular Pottsville Market (the first Sunday and third Sunday of the month)
Hike in or ride your bike to the Pottsville Nature Reserve located behind the Pottsville Sports Club
Fish in the estuary for Flathead, Whiting, Mangrove Jack or drop in a crab pot (only 25 steps away)
Fish at the renowned Black Rocks Beach where you can can reel in some Mulloway, Salmon, Taylor or Whiting.
Bird watch in the local area where over 100 different species have been spotted.

Salt Village for fabulous restaurants, bars and cafes.
Shop and grab a good coffee at Kingscliff where you'll find some nice shops and cafes.
Surf at Cabarita Headland and enjoy a cold beer at the Cabarita Hotel.
Whale watch from the Cabarita or Hastings Point Headlands
Ride your bike on the dedicated bike bath to Kingscliff, stop along the way at Hastings Point, Cabarita, Casuarina and Salt villages.
WITHIN 30-40 MINUTES AWAY.....
Hike to the top of World Heritage listed Mt. Warning where you can be the first to catch the morning light on the East Coast. Or stroll the short track at the base of the mountain.
Visit the Tweed Valley Art Gallery and the Escape Gallery both in Murwillumbah
Visit Byron Bay and all its attractions
Shop in the village of Bangalow and enjoy a coffee or nice lunch
Visit the historical river town of Murwillumbah and the river village of Tumbulgum
Pick up some fresh fruit & vegies and enjoy the beauty along the way to the villages of Uki, Tyalgum, Crystal Creek
Only 25 minutes from Coollangatta Airport...but you wont want to go!!
