All situated only 300 metres stroll to the stunning Rye Ocean Beach, making this an ideal choice for your next getaway.

These four hidden gems are nestled amongst tea tree and sand dunes...all on a 2 acre block. You can hear the crashing waves and smell the ocean.

For the perfect romantic getaway - Suite 1 and Suite 2.
For groups or families - The Cottage or The Chalet.

Take a short stroll to Rye Ocean Beach in the Mornington Peninsula National Park and enjoy the amazing ocean sunsets, gorgeous views towards Cape Schank lighthouse or a chance to ride a wave if you are a keen surfer or boogey-boarder.
We are very close to the famous Peninsula Hot Springs, Gunnamatta trail rides, wonderful wineries and some world class golf courses - the Mornington Peninsula allows you to be as active or as inactive as you desire!

FACILITIES: Include a modern decor setting, split system air conditioner/heater, leather couch, 32" LCD TV, DVD player. Bathroom with glass shower and reliable hot water. kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and crockery (no stove/oven)and a 6 seater Jacuzzi on a private deck. A short walk to a stunning pond / sunbaking area.


SUITE 2:

FEATURES: YOUR VERY OWN 2 SEATER OUTDOOR SPA BATH!
Set in a Bali inspired, UNDERCOVER Split level outdoor entertaining area complete with BBQ and outdoor shower nestled amongst the tea tree and sand dunes. Private suite features a modern King Size bed with quality linen, polished floor boards, and glass shower big enough for two.... your Offshore Retreat stay will be one to remember.

Enjoy a glass of wine on the deck, or by the fireplace in this unique and cosy lodge!
Consists of Master bedroom with King Size bed opening to separate entertaining area, second room is a Mezzanine with Queen Size bed & pull out sofa futon.
Bathroom with shower serviced by reliable hot water.
Large lounge room features a 42" LG LCD TV, Blu-Ray DVD player, surround sound and leather couches.

THE COTTAGE - Sleeps 8

Consists of Master bedroom with Queen Size bed, second bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds.
Large lounge room features a massive 57" wall mounted Plasma TV, DVD player and leather couches and pull out sofa futon.
FACILITIES: Include a split system air conditioner/heater, Coonara wood heater, dining area with 6 seater dining table. An assortment of DVDs are provided for your entertainment. Kitchen with fridge, portable hot plates, microwave, kettle, toaster and crockery (no oven) and washing machine. Bathroom with shower serviced by reliable hot water.
The Cottage provides a relaxed holiday experience in a comfortable environment,.......great for the family, golfing or girls weekend away or surfing and fishing trips...there is plenty of room to park your boat or additional cars.
