A superb modern bathroom with a shower over the bath. The kitchen has top of the range equipment and fully equipped with crockery, glasses and cooking pots.

Coogee is famous for its lovely clean beach, and warm sunny days. Many excellent restaurants and cafes in the area

Charges start at the advertised price depending on season, family numbers and duration of stay. The low pricing applies to the winter season; the highest rate is over the summer and Christmas holiday period.

A bond of $1500 is required which is refunded after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment at the conclusion of the rental.
