GETAWAY TO THE HOUSE

The Getaway is a casual relaxed open plan split level beach house with 3 large bedrooms. Open up the glass sliding doors out to the full length deck. Sit a while, enjoy the views of the trees, the glimpses of the beach, and listen to the waves. Or just relax in the rear garden, where you can catch the warm sun.

A fabulous upstairs/downstairs design for 8 guests (max) to enjoy.

There are 3 bedrooms in total – separated from the living areas - 2 upstairs are queen size, and downstairs is the third double size bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms (one up, one down) the master bathroom separates the upstairs bedrooms. Also located downstairs is the separate rumpus/lounge, with tv, dvd, and a double fold out inner spring sofa bed. The rear bedrooms have sliding doors and louvres out to the back deck. The house is on a private easement.

Some of the design features of this home – the internal staircase, open fireplace, and a high elevated deck with horizontal wire balustrade - may make it unsuitable for small children.

In order to preserve the idyllic nature of Copa – please no parties, no pets , and definitely No Smoking at the Getaway.

WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR GETAWAY

All you will need to bring is your own linen (sheets, towels, pillowslips, hand towels, beach towels, tea towels).
Pillows, blankets, doonas, bathmats are provided.

Don't forget to bring food, beverages and friends for your Getaway@ Copa. Plus, it's only a 300 metre stroll from the house to the beach, and local cafes, restaurant, fish & chip shop, convenience store, newsagent, bakery, bottle shop and video store. Arrive and leave the car untouched for the weekend as you reconnect with good friends and lose yourself in a really relaxing and well designed spacious home.

WHERE IS IT?
Copacabana is an idyllic beach on the Central Coast of NSW –15 mins from Gosford. You can also walk to Macmasters beach, and it’s only a short drive to the beaches of Terrigal and Avoca, and the quaint village of Hardy's Bay.
The major shopping centres are Kincumber, Gosford and Erina Fair, again only a short drive away (Kincumber Coles and shops are 10 mins drive). Sydney starts just an hour down the freeway.
