Absolute Beachfront location with no roads to cross. Enjoy panoramic views from the living area upstairs and the Beachfront balcony. This new home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The upstairs bathroom is large and modern with a luxury spa to unwind in. Separate toilet. Stainless steel appliances with a luxury ice-maker fridge. The main bedroom opens onto the Beachfront balcony which has an outdoor table and chairs. Another balcony comes off the kitchen where you can see the cockle train as it comes past and beautiful, rural views. Max. 6 adults + children

THIS PROPERTY IS SURROUNDED BY PERMANENT RESIDENTS WHO ENJOY THE PEACEFUL LIFESTYLE THIS SEASIDE TOWN HAS TO OFFER.

  • "This holiday home was situated in a perfect location. We wanted somewhere we could rest and look out onto the sea. The bonus was that you could see down to Victor Harbour, especially at night with the lights shining in the distance. Importantly, it could accommodate two couples comfortably plus have a large open room where everyone could eat and socialise together plus share a fantastic view. As the house was located next to the sand dunes and further down from the main part of Middleton towards Goolwa, we didn�t have lots of traffic on the road constantly driving past. We will definitely come and stay again in the future. A lovely place by the sea where you could have long walks on the beach."

Lovely views and spotted whales with the excellent telecope from the huge, clean windows that look across the sand dunes to Middleton Beach. Ducted heating was excellent. Great location, situated in between Port Elliot and Goolwa. "

  • "The name says it all, Absolute Luxury! My family stayed there for my 21st birthday and we had a wonderful time. The position cannot be beaten, and in such a lovely town. The layout of the house is great and has everything you want, with everthing so clean. My grandparents had no problem getting up the stairs. The balconies both front and back allow for relaxation with spectacular views, and the sounds of the waves crashing against the shore. The property owners were a delight to do business with, very friendly and willingly to try and come to arrangemnets so that everyones needs were met. It was a pleasure and we will definetly be coming back."

  • "An absolutely fantastic location and house for our regular family get aways. This is luxury living that I could become accustomed to - great kitchen, fantasic floor boards and paintings and a view to die for. We (2 family's) go to Middleton every 6 weeks or so and have found your place to be the ideal house for our kids to enjoy their indoor games and movies and our Saturday night cookups. An ocean view that cannot be beaten with the bonus rabbit spotting from the lounge room (which keep the kids amused for hours). We have stayed here in the middle of summer and the winter months and have found both extremely enjoyable. You should be proud of what you have built - we will certainly be back."
