Stay at Ledge Point Turtle Cove house only 500 metres from the front door to the beach. Fabulous location, gorgeous views of the ocean.

This two storey, five bedroom, two bathroom home is the ideal getaway from the city life. Only 1 1/2 hours driving time from Perth CBD.

Sleeping up to 10 guests, with QUEEN size beds to the main two bedrooms downstairs and bunks in the three bedrooms upstairs including one with a double bed.

With OCEAN VIEWS from the kitchen on the top floor you can prepare a gourmet feast ready to cook on the bbq which is located on the balcony. Try the local crayfish...just for starters!

If you enjoy fishing, diving, bush walks, dune buggying, four wheel driving, swimming, golf, bowls, bike riding, wild flower and bird watching, tennis, it is all here at LEDGE POINT, you can even just sit back and listen (to the peace and quiet) and indulge in that book you have been meaning to read!

Listen to your favourite CD\'s, play DVD\'s, watch TV, upstairs or down, you can certainly get away from each other in this roomy house with two large entertaining areas.

Play a game of pool in the games room, table tennis, board games and library - all here waiting for your holiday.

Boat access to the back yard, huge three car garage at rear, ideal to store the boat, organize the fishing tackle for the next day or simply hang out with the boys and leave the ladies to relax inside!! Basketball hoop with concrete slab and fenced yard - don\'t forget to bring the Basketballs!!

Ledge Point Country Club has a great golf course and bowling green and meals are served Friday & Saturday nights.

Brand new Cafe in town too...only 800 metres to their door.

The Country Club is open from 4pm daily.

Equipped with a general store, post office and newsagency all in one is open seven days a week.

Only 13 kilometres to Lancelin. Enjoy the surrounding areas of Ledge Point, drive to the Pinnacles, New Norcia, Gin Gin, Moore River, Sea Bird or laze on the beach ALL DAY LONG!!

You then only need to bring along your sheets, bath/beach towels. T.towels are provided for you along with dish washing detergent.
